Sir/Madam,

I am a frequent traveller between Bengaluru and Samalkot Jn due to my work and I travel by BBS Humsafar Exp Train 22834. Currently as there is no halt at Samalkot for this train, I have to get down at Rajahmundry and take conencting train/bus. Recently I observed there are many other passengers like me who are travelling upto Samalkot/Kakinada towns by this train but getting down at Rajahmundry. I request you to kindly allow a 1 minute halt for train # 22834 at Samalkot Jn as this would benefit a lot of passengers and spare them from the inconvenience of changing at Rajahmundry.

    The KR Puram platform ticket checking is looting from railway officials. To get the ticket, one must go to Platform 1 or the end of Platform 4. Also, there are no clear signboards indicating where to get these tickets.
    I reached the station to pick up my parents and the train had already arrived. So I just went to the beginning of Platform 4 to help them with their bags and suddenly a ticket collector appeared from nowhere asking for the platform ticket. How am I supposed to purchase this without going to the end of Platform 4?
    Also, the platform is flooded with Autorickshaw drivers who don't definitely don't have a Platform ticket. But the officials are ok with that.

      The Condition of Paid AC LOUNGE at Muzaffarpur Railway Station is Extremely Poor. The Sofas are so bad that nobody can sit on it. Very dirty also. The beds also very dirty. Only one AC is working. It is highly insufficient for the size of Lounge. Feeling very stuffy and hot. Cleanliness is very poor.

          I want to complaint against the road which made by railway between fataks.
          It is in horrible condition.
          It was made few days before and today there are big ditchs in its middle and when I ask the person there he tells me that he couldn't find workers for that so it is incomplete science 7 days and I don't know when it is completed.
          So please do the needful.

            We had booked a parcel from Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh to Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, but even after the specified deadline, we haven't received it yet. The station has informed us that no consignment has arrived so far. We are facing a lot of difficulties due to this. Please pay attention to this matter.

              On 12.06.2023, I parked my two-wheeler at the two-wheeler parking lot near Trichy Railway Junction, Tamilnadu and took it back the next day i.e. 26 hours after parking, for which I was charged Rs.60. But a receipt was given for only Rs.30. Charging Rs 60 for just 26 hours is a day robbery at its worst. Also, there is no roof for two-wheeler parking near Trichy railway station.               Dear Sir/Ma'am,

              I am a passenger in the 22475, A1 coimabtore hissar ac super fast express . Yesterday on 05 jul 23 when I boarded the train at jodhpur, i saw water leakage from roof of train, immediately i informed attendant and TTE. Presently, i have crossed Vadodara and no action has been initiated, i am travelling with 17 month old kid and we are facing extreme uncomfort due to water seepage and leakage.

              My bed roll is completely wet and i could not sleep whole night, I am travelling till kannur, and i guess if problem is not resolved me and my family will be in extreme discomfort till kannur.

              Complaint was informed to attendant and tte no action is taken till now.

              the water started leaking from the top directly on to the birth through the fitting screws of the roof causing great discomfort. I don't understand how one is supposed to react if the water leak inside a AC coach which people prefer. Such improperly built or maintained trains are not expected by the passengers and should be looked into immediately. Thankyou.

                In chennai korukkupet railway parking they are not giving proper reply to ladies and the person who worked there he is not willing to stand and help to take out the vehicle.
                If I ask anything he will give rude answers.
                since from past 6 years i used to park in korukkupet railway parking this is the 1st time i have been treated like this, after the contract changed from 1.6.2023

                  IRCTC - TDR Filed - Not refunded yet and repudiated with wrong reason

                  Hello Team,

                  I had booked a train ticket (PNR no - [protected]) for 17th June 2023 from Vskp to Rjy for the Train No: 20833 - Vande Bharat express. But the train has been rescheduled from 5.45 AM (Actual departure) to 11 :45 AM. So I had filed TDR before the train departure for the refund with the reason "Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled." . But still I haven't got my refund yet and...

                              Sir.. In the Resent period sleeper class coaches have been reduced and AC coaches have been increased in many trains causing great inconvenience. 17015, 18045, 12727, 12728, 17205, Prashanthi Express, Dhanbad - Alleppey, Visakha - Tirupati Tirumala Express, Shalimar- Chennai, Shalimar-Hyderabad Etc.in our region are not good. Moreover, due to the issuance of tickets for travel in sleeper coaches beyond the limit, all those who are on the waiting list are traveling in this sleeper class. More than 200 people occupy the space in the 72-passenger coaches, making it difficult to go at least to the bathrooms. The plight of women passengers is beyond description as some even travel in bathrooms. Fights are taking place in many coaches. Due to over crowding, TTs are also not coming for ticket verification. The date 20.06.2023 I (D. Atchutha Rao-60) along with my wife Jayalakshmi (58) were traveling in Train No. 17205 S-1 from Shirdi Sainagar to Bhegampet on PNR[protected] when hundreds of people occupied the coach. TT also did not come. Due to the conversion of sleeper coaches into AC coaches, the poor and middle class cannot travel in trains. People are showing extreme intolerance towards Prime Minister Modi's government. Considering these circumstances, we request that at least 12 sleeper coaches be arranged in every train, to avoid over crowding and to protect the rights of passengers of reserved coaches..                                 Pnr no.[protected] DOJ 28 may 23.
                                I booked six waitlisted ticket but only one ticket got confirmation. I filled TDR on same time before travel but I got a e mail that TDR has been repudiated. How railway can forfeit money of waitlisted tickets ? So many email.sent to [protected]@irctc.co.in but not getting positive response.These are 02nd class Ac tickets and amount is more than Rs 8000, no response from railway. Pax reached station and again they have extra money to travel. It means for same tickets we have paid twice. Any way but at least railway should refund o[censored]ntravelled tickets.

                                  Hampi express train no.16591/92 travels from HUBLI to MYSORE and Reverse.
                                  Via Anantapur station Andhra Pradesh.
                                  Previously Train is stopping at Anantapur Station. In CORONA Padmanic they removed stop at Anantpur Station.
                                  Anantapur is district Headquarters has above 10 Lakhs Population many people are traveling in between Hospet to ANANTAPUR
                                  This is the only daily train to travel Hospet-Gadag-Hubli Route
                                  We request to get Stoppage ANANTAPUR (ATP) station. As Early as possible
                                  This train has ordinary Village Stopping in Karnataka state

                                    With reference to the subject cited above, I would like to bring to your notice the following issue that I had to face on the 15th of May, 2023 at 05:06 PM IST-
                                    I made a payment of Rs.620.00/-(Rupees Six Hundred Twenty) only to the Indian Railways via UPI after the Railway official at the Indian Railway ticket counter of the Kantabanji, Odisha, sent a collection request to my Phonepe app at my UPI id at the Railway ticket counter for 01 no. of person for a journey from Vskp to KBJ (Odisha) via a Link express. The Collect ID of the Indian Railways reads as SBI11E65B3C29B9417F87DAFC343DA85AA4 and the Transaction Id is T2305151706551843285447. The money got successfully deducted from my account whereas the railway official said that the ticket could not be generated and that he could not do any help and instead asked me to redo the ticket with cash amount (the ticket was booked after paying cash). The money paid via UPI has not been received back as of now and I would therefore like to lodge a complaint regarding the same for quick resolution of the problem from your end. The phonepe team is saying that the money has reached the merchant and the services are delivered which is not the case.
