Indian Railways — irctc web- preferred banks not showing

Dear sir,

From few days preferred banks are not showing due to this i am unable to book my tickets. Icici bank neither showing in multiple payment option nor debit card with pin option and nor payment gate way debit credit card.

Payment through visa card option also not showing-unable to book my tickets.

Train no-12394 that the issue of water priece and that water bottle rate rs-15 and the selling this train rs-20 ruppes pls solve it my problem
Waiting room is closed for rly station Gomati Nagar, Lucknow. I complained this to station manager but he told when train will come we will open it. I can't understand logic behind this. Irresponsible behaviour. Even not opened after my complain.
