Indian Railways — parcel office ahmedabad

Small station valsad has computerised parcel whereas ahmedabad still doesn't have it.
I registered my bike for parcel from adi to bl on 22 may. Have still not received it and don't know when it will be coming. Receipt number is
T 862235. When will i be recieving the bike as it should be coming within a day with so many trains. No idea even how to contact ahmedabad parcel office
