Indian Railways — parcel overcarried and no status update after that (claim letter below) | |
With reference to the notice number [protected], we have dispatched our material through railway parcel service (Pwb no.[protected] dated 28/06/2017). The respective consignee has not yet received the parcel so far. We have contacted the railway parcel service many times but went in vain. Hence, we are requesting for the claim amount mentioned in our purchase order. We have also sent a mail to [protected]@claims. Indianrail.gov.in on 25th of august but there was not response till now.
