Indian Railways — parking charges in ahmedabad railway station

Whom so ever it may concern

As you have started new parking charge system in ahmedabad railway station 15 min free.. I have to pay parking charges because of 17 min on that 17 min i have to stand 3.5 min in the gate to clear my vehicle... Is it not a type of faurad happen with me... The person sitting there is taking 20-25 sec to clear a single vehicle... Why so... If you want charges we are ready to pay but... You can't charge it in a wrong way...

Kindly look into it... As i don't want others to be harresed like me..

7 packages booked from NDLS to BZA on 13 Apr 18.
5 out of 7 packages loaded from NDLS in Train No 12626 on 14 Apr 18 at 1125 hrs.
But not unloaded at BZA. Please check and ensure for early delivery. An important urgent need house hold items is there.
