On 24/04/2018 my wife took ticket for cbe-palani passenger train no 06709.
Usually this train will be at platform no:6. When she go to the 6th platform a train carrying a name board of shoranur. All the passengers confused for a while. Every time this train does not display name or no board. Passengers always get confused. No one in the station ready to change the board.

    My wife's purse has been stolen In 12629 Shampark Karanti Express After Miraj, she was having in her purse two OPPO mobile phone more 2 thousand rupees and other stuffs.

    For FIR no body is available.

    Please let me know how to over come this issue

      See how railway police is fooling general public v/s ticket purchaser dalal. I was in que for tatkal ticket but one person who was dalal given me no.35. And there is only 6 window and only 12 person can get confirmed ticket. Its regular practice now a days. Please act on it so general public also can get confirmed ticket. As tatkal ticket price is 750. And dalal is providing ticket in 2500. General public is not able to get confirmed ticket due to all these dalal everywhere in india.

      I am 66 years old travelling with my 65 years old wife vide PNR no. [protected] in 19667 from Pune to Bengaluru on 18 April 2018. I requested through my B1 coach attendant for tea at 8.45 am but the catering staff is understood to have refused to serve tea.

      Kindly note the staff needs to improve the service to customers.

        On, 15/04/2018, timing:- 11:02 am. I have fill the details of particular (Moti lal, kamlesh devi, ajay and latasha) by the train no - 22941 from dsj (Delhi sajdarjung) to jat (Jammutawi) on 29/05/2018. I paid the amount through debit card by using irctc app. I received a message from obc bank that amount received by irctc bu ti didn't get the tkt/pnr details. Still waiting for the solution. Previously complaint by me but no confirmation of tickets. Please help me to over come from this problem.

        I have reservation in the train no. 19023. In the reserved coach, large numbers of persons lying in the walk way without reserved seats causes inconvenience to reach the seat and to keep luggage as no space is there because of excess passengers.

        Hi,
        The pedestrian bridge us too small in Solapur railway station. Only four people can stand in a row at a time. It took more than half an hour to cross it after Hutatma express arrived. This condition may worse when crowd increases. Please increase its width.
        This is to inform you that as per Biomedical Waste Management Rule 2016, Tundla Railway Hospital is not availing Biomedical Waste Management Services by Authorized service provider. They are dumping Biomedical Waste in Municipal dumping ground. Please look into the matter.

            Respected sir,

            Myself n. Santhosh goud i am travelled from surendragar to bandra terminus and from lokamanyatilk railway station to nizamabad in this context while train come at ltt nzb express from lokamanyatilak railway station platform no.2 around 3:15pm train allocated in platform no.2 but no electricity in train that time in that reason i have put my luggage in my berth s3_ 38 wide pnr no. [protected], train no.11205 around 4:00 pm to 4:40 pm my bag was missed along with laptop, mobile, hard disk & id cards in the bag while myself went for drinking water and coffee. Please help to finding my article with bag.

              I am sent to mail related train rout, than reply received dt[protected] do not any change, this train running fixed rute.
              1- as per instructions, i am going to wright time kanpur central station, this train do not arrival in kanpur central station dt.[protected]. I found the route of gorakdham express was diverted.
              2-the inquiry department of station told me - the e-ticket was not being cancelled while we were trying to cancel this ticket but do not cancel.
              3-when we tried to travel in shram shakti on the same ticket, the t. T
              Master advised on taking another ticket and we were unable to travel via this reservation ticket booked earlier. We purchased another ticket uca 62362686/87/88/89.
              4-return after the journey, i would like to inform dt17oct2016- you with deep regret that due to wrong information conveyed via the mail, i had to face lot of inconvenience.
              5- on record railways up to date inform me do not rute divet train and do not abalable facilities retun ticket amount.
              Railwayes gidline, if train cancel and route divert, automatic return ticket money. My case is positive train rute divert and railways give wrong information.

                parking charges in ahmedabad railway station

                Whom so ever it may concern

                As you have started new parking charge system in ahmedabad railway station 15 min free.. I have to pay parking charges because of 17 min on that 17 min i have to stand 3.5 min in the gate to clear my vehicle... Is it not a type of faurad happen with me... The person sitting there is taking 20-25 sec to clear a single vehicle... Why so... If you want charges we are ready to pay but... You can't charge...

                At bina junction railway station upper class waiting room ac and the announcement system is not working... It has been complained in my previous travel to the bina station authorities but no action has been taken yet... Now i am in the waiting room and my pnr no is [protected] travelling to kerala... You can cheek the waiting room register and confirm the date and the travel details
                Sir, since the announcement system is not working we cannot confirm the details of train and every time we have to come out to hear the announcement. Its to hot to sit inside since it is closed from every where... So sir, please do take appropriate action for the same

                  One of my friend is travelling in chennai egmore-dibrugarh weekly express (15929). Her coach no. Is b3. She and all other pessengers in the coach are facing problem as the a/c has not been switched on and water is not coming in toilets. Suffocating situation.
                  Please do something as soon as possible.
                  Already the train is running late.

                    Sir, i was travelling with my family & my baby of six months by 22804 ex sambalpur to howrah in 2 ac - a1 berth 38, 40, 42 pnr[protected] on 13.4.2018 which left at about 0/30 on 14.4.2018 ex sambalpur late by more than 4 hrs. After passing jajpur (Jjkr) noticed my trolley suitcase is missing/theft inside of which was all of my baby's wearings - 12. Sets of dresses, beddings, oilcloth, mosquito net, medicines with doctor's prescription, himalayan baby kits, one gold & one silver chain, digital camera of nikon co., cash rs.10000/-, my i. Card (Doctor) & our clothings. Total cost of which approx. More than rs. One lakh. No rpf is seen in the compt., tte & coach attendant traceable after 40 mnts. Of the incident & on reporting they didn't care or help a little bit rather annoyed. Matter reported over phone to 182 & complaint lodged. On arrival at kharagpur rpf personnel attended & myself also got down & fir done to grps kharagpur but no information reced. Till date about recovery & we are mentally depressed loosing our baby's all belongings.
                    Sir, as oath taken & declared by hon'ble prime minister & rail ministers that it is their first & foremost duty to secure passengers safety-security-aminities & inviting public opinion thereto seems to be farce one & tr. Journey is being panic one day to day even by purchasing a higher class tkt. Hon'ble p. M. Has taken a strong step in the various field but failed to take such step in the field of rlys. So far. If such thing goes on it will be build castles in the air not only to make indian railway as world class one but also in the field of 'swachh bharat mission'. Hope if this administration have a sympathetic & humanatic view at least for a baby as like as their family then a rapid & needful action will be taken to recover/ compensate the same & will stop such theft in the tr. Compt.

                      I am not able to book tickets for tatkal on 21/4/2018 as aadhar is mandatory for booking tickets. I am having aadhar card and it is linked to irctc still then i am not able to book tickets. This is very sad for a passenger who want to book tickets for emergency condition. No. Communication is made it, no option to enter aadhar card number in irctc mobile app. Please do not repeat this without proper communication.
                      Pls help me to give advice for further linking of aadhar for ticket reservation.

                        I was to book a seat in a sleeper class/3rd ac for my proposed journey but the charges for senior citizens and general quota are shown as one and the same. It means the bjp government has either withdrawn this facility provided to the senior citizens without any notice/notification/information or some mischief is being played by the railway officials/officers unauthorisedly to defame bjp government.in this regard i had submitted online three complaints vide id (1) [irctc #8666014], (2) [irctc #8690913] &
                        (3) [irctc #8691334] but none seems to have been resolved. Even your system is showing that no such complaint. The system needs to be thoroughly re-checked and reforms are necessary for prompt and foolproof services. May i now expect that some suitable reply will be sent to me.?

                        Your reply and redressal of complaint system is vague. I have not raised any issue regarding age of senior citizens . I am aware of the age limitations and have crossed the minimum requirement. I also think that you have not gone through the contents of my complaint carefully and sent a mechanical reply to which I am not satisfied. My grievance is regarding
                        showing of ticket rates One and the Same for Senior Citizens and General when tried to book seat ONLINE and Not manual at the station.
                        Why don't you check the system/Website before replying?
                        Hope for an early and positive remedial action and suitable reply.

                            Train no:17026, coach: 2tier ac, pnr number:[protected]. Traveling from secunderabad to badrachalam rd. Raised the complaint to coach assistant too change the pillow as it's funny and getting stinky smell but he denied to change and suggest to put pillow covers. When we are paying more money to travel in acac coaches, expect the good quality service..

                              Hi,

                              Rac for long journey trips it is painful to travel without berth. Tc is saying 500 rac how can i provide berth. My sincere request is if you are not sure about berth. Don't allocate side seat. If for 3 to 4 hrs journey you can follow this but for long journey trips it is painful to travel. We have lot of options for travel. I don't think you're system is not making any sense here as your taking additional cost and you are making us to suffer.

                                Details : ‌Sir my family plans to visit Sikkim with package tour from 07/04/2018 to15/04/2018. We started from train Agra Fort to Kanpur Central pnr is[protected] train no 15635. Then Kanpur central to Howrah junction pnr is [protected] train no 12302 coach no B4 seat no 41 42 43 44 dated 07/04/2018. But premium train like rajdhani was late around 3 hrs and arrived at Howrah junction 12:55 hrs instead of 9:50 hrs we missed our flight AI 721 from Kolkata scheduled 14:40 hrs pnr is ZB8W7 having margin of 2:15 hrs. We lost our money, time and gets lots of mental harassment. So we need appropriate action & compensation. My mobile number is [protected] & email is [protected]@gmail.com. I already sent my complaint to COMS App of Indian railways they give me the details in my email is Your Complaint No.: A/ER/HWH/[protected] has been attended to and it is now closed. Closure Remarks by the respective officer: Sir, sorry for inconvenience, this train not detained in ALD Division. By [protected]@indianrailways.gov.in on date 18/04/2018. Another complaint is also registered through email to Indian railways & complaints no is W/NR/DLI/[protected] Closure Remarks by the respective officer: Sir, sorry for inconvenience, all M/Exp. trains are suffering detention in ALD Division due to over saturated section for Passenger, Goods and Special Trains. Reason is well known to the Railways and all efforts are being made to de-congest the section. But I am not satisfied with the the given answer. Please resolve this issue.

                                  Pnr [protected] ticket cancelled, amt 255 will be refunded in your a/c with in 3-4 days. Please check your account/instrument from which this tkt was booked.
                                  Above details are of my automatically cancelled online ticket due to waiting list but ₹60 deducted.

                                    I am using ir smart card since 2016. Until recently it was helping me to get ticket in mumbai suburban train with dependability. Since few days the smart card started malfunctioning. No atvm is accepting the card, even though sufficient balance is there and the expirary date is 2019 feb. When i contacted the nearest card issuing counter they are not willing to solve the problems nor issue fresh card nor refund the amount after mandetary deductions. Instead they want me to approach the particular department at cst and resolve it. I am sure there are many commutators with similar smart card issues. Kindly provide mailing address of the railway authority for follow up in this regard. The problem giving card no. Is cr1404680.

                                    Like me ...so many daily passenger reach home at morning despite reaching station at 10pm.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      We m/s divya enterprises, e-223, sector-63, noida-201301, dist. G. B. Nagar, (U. P.) hereinafter will be called consignee would like to inform you that our 02 parcels (Weight 25 kgs) have been booked from bangalore.

                                      They safely reached at nizamuddin railway station and we have been intimated to collect the same. You can find out entry in your material receipt register where your clerk entered it.

                                      But when our representative reached at nizamuddin railway station he only find one parcel of about 03 kgs and 02nd parcel not found by him. After enquiring about lost parcel your railway staff behavior was not good and no one was willing to search that lost parcel. They simply said us to claim us instead of making efforts to search the same.

                                      In above situations it is a matter of clear carelessness of your working staff who is not able to search the same in-spite of 03 days already passed.

                                      Sir, iam travelling in gkp 12596 humsafar Exp. This train is always late by 4-5 hrs. Railway is charginng dynamic fare and supeefast charges but the condition of train is bad. This train is always late. Please do something other wise people will stop reservation in this train
