With reference to the subject cited above, I would like to bring to your notice the following issue that I had to face on the 13th of June, 2022 at 12:45 PM IST-
I made a payment of Rs.21, 680.00/-(Rupees Twenty-One Thousand Six Hundred Eighty) only to the Indian Railways via UPI after the Railway official at the Indian Railway ticket counter of the Assam Legislative Assembly, Dispur, Assam, sent a collection request to my Paytm app at my UPI id([protected]@paytm) at the Railway ticket counter for 04(four) no. of persons for a journey from Delhi to Ghy (Assam) via a Rajdhani express on 28/06/2022. The UPI ID of the Indian Railways reads as: [protected]@sbi. The money got successfully deducted from my account whereas the railway official said that the ticket could not be generated and that he could not do any help and instead asked me to redo the ticket with cash amount (ticket booked after paying cash). The money paid via UPI has not been received back as of now and I would therefore like to lodge a complaint regarding the same for quick resolution of the problem from your end.
I am attaching all the conversations that I had with the paytm app, railways and also would like to intimate that a complaint has also been lodged at SBI.
