Indian Railways — waiting room locked at udupi station

I am using this station since 2 years. And everytime I come here, and find waiting room is locked. Passengers are lying on the floor, chairs etc. Even for passengers of 2AC, have to sit outside.

And when told at station, railway employees say -" we don't have key of waiting room. "

Also most of the year, it rains in Udupi, and station is not even covered. Passengers have to go in rain and catch the train.

Kindly improve this platform and teach employees to not lie, and they can't deprive passengers from their services even after having 2AC ticket, and not allowing for waiting room.
