Indian Railways — wrong info showing on national train enquiry system

My train is 12557 from gorakgpur to delhi vide pnr no [protected] on 26.8.2017 at 18:30pm but on ntes it is showing late by 02 hours 10 min so the time is 20:00pm as per ntes. But when i reached station the train left the station on 19:30pm. Ntes is sowing wrong info after that it shows correct but train left. Please refund my amount rs 2470.
