Respected sir,
I was traveling to haji malang, with my family, i told the booking clerk mr avinash tambe to issue me the 8 ticket and 1 half of kalyan return, and i gave him rs 250, and he asked for rs 100 more, i question him why you want more, then he told me you see the ticket & count, and to my surprise he issued me byculla-panvel return, i again told hem you had issued me the wrong ticket, but he refused to accept his mistake.
Then my family with children went to station master mr. R. D. Nayak, i explained him in details, that we are going to haji malang dargah, and i asked for kalyan return, first he told me to go to ticket counter again, he said i had spoken to mr. Avinash tambe, he will change the ticket, but he refused to change the ticket, i almost waited at byculla station for 1 hours requesting both station master on duty r. D. Nayak & booking clerk mr avinash tambe.
I need inquiry against both on duty station master r. D. Nayak & booking clerk mr avinash tambe.
I was really harassed with my family of 9 people, i had to buy the new ticket after waiting for almost 1 hour at byculla station, previously i had paid for wrong ticket rs 350/- (Byculla – panvel), then i had to purchased the new ticket for rs 260/- (Byculla – kalyan). I am holding both the ticket with me.
