purchased a pack of 10 leads by paying rs 3000 approximate rs 300 per lead all the insurance leads provided by them were fake and no wanted or willing to buy insurance as i was cheated i request to take action so that they do not make it as business

Hi i am an IFA dealing with mutual Fund This is around a month back i was approached by one of India money employees to start an association with Their company, And so i did with a nominal amount of Rs 1500, i Got 15 leads out of which non materialized, probably due to client was not reachable or the amount to be invested by the client was very little to cover my traveling cost. whatever experience i got was my own risk. but i must say the leads were given to me on prompt basis. This Actual thing that happened was a month later, When I received a call from one of IM's lady employee named Priya. Initially I told her that I would not be interested, as it would not generate any revenue for me. But only when she told me the following I got convinced to upgrade my services.. 1) " Sir you were put in a general category where the leads are of people who earn 2 lc per anum" 2) " If you take a package of 100 leads then you would be uplifted to a corporate category where in the leads provided to you would be of people having a annual income of 10lc or more" 3) "i currently have a lead in your area who is willing to invest 14lc in mutual fund" 4) " i will make sure you recover your invested amount in first call" and probably this all would be recorded in their backup system as she called from a land line no [protected] her name was priya at 12.27 pm on 10th march 2015 . I Did the payment of 22k to IM's company account the same day, only to realize that the same employee and so called my RM had stopped receiving my call. I was taken aback and did some research online to find many other associates facing a similar problem. Then i tried calling Mr Avinash ( Manager ceo Office) from whom i learnt that there are no grads in which the associates are divided, and i would continue to get the same old leads which do not fetch me anything. After a lot of Trouble i was able to extract one lead which they said was the best lead and will definately generate a investment of 1 lc . What i later found out was that the client is a young boy who has just started working . montly salary of 15 k paying a loan of 8 k and balance amount used in house hold activities. When i asked the client how much he wanted to invest, he told me that he has no plans to invest any amount for near future. Thus my trip, my effort and energy all down the drain, thx to india money Its a great agony to see a Company miss selling, whose base started to stop miss selling.. Going through a legal way would not help either o[censored]s, As we have signed a MOU and we have agreed their terms and condition on welcome call. Which states that they will just generate leads, Quality of leads are not guaranteed . The percentage of conversation is not guaranteed . It is unfortunate o[censored]s that we have learnt the lesson the hard way. I am mrudula [protected] mumbai i have paid rs.4500 in november 2014 but i was getting all useless leads then priya madam came on line and told me that if you pay rs.15000 then she will give me all confirm leads who will invest rs.12000 pm she also arrange for fake call who was ready to invest rs.10000 pm and fooled me so i paid rs.15000 but again the same thing today is february 5, 2015 but still i am struggling for one convertable lead every day std calls to priya avinash rakesh and also to one one existing on customer card [protected] but priya scolded me not to call on that no and that he is do i can do whatver i want to do but not ready to give my 15000 if i cannot call on that no what is the use of that number. Like this they everyday she is deceiving all poor people i request you all not to take any indianmoney call or you will be looted. They are big looters. I am going to publish in newspaper with all name and number if i will not get convertable lead

I had bought paid Lead for Life insurance and I clearly told my requirement and then I gave a small trial for 30 Exclusive package for 8500rs. But from the day of purchased the leads, the Sale team (Madhuri and Amrutha) and the Associate team - (Account Manager: Gowtham P) is not responding properly for the requirement. After getting the money the company Associate Care and all others are NOT responding properly. WE have the recorded the call logs of each one team persons and recorded all the details they have assured. Sure will log a file on this company for giving a fake promises and not giving a proper details. Guys, please join us to take some leagel action on this company. Please contact us: [protected]

Indian Money promised me about giving good leads. I have taken 7500/- package. But still now i didnt atleast one good lead. They are sending very cheap blunt leads. I lost 7500/-. No one should not loose. I dont want my money back. But it should not happen to other associates. Its my sincere request. Please stop these cheaters.

I Manasa.M associate to Indian money.com and my husband Nithan kumar urs has paid 8, 500 rupees for 30 exclusive platinum leads through his credit card, on Jan 7. As we are not getting a proper feedback or respond from your Sale's Executive and Manager. And as we came to know from Account Manager yesterday that the details provided by the Sale's Team was incorrect and not relevant to the guideline and plan explained. From two days the team is not answering to the call properly and they have not giving a call back properly.So, I'm not getting a justification for the issue which I'm asking now. I asked for 3 leads per day. But, they have provided 30 leads in 2days and they are giving updates that it has to be used within 6 days from the issue. which I have already mention that I need 3 leads per day specifically. i subscribed the exclusive-60 leads from indianmoney.com acount manager is Ms.soumaya shree.J. i paid an amount of 11500.00 they send the customers each of the persons telling i am not interesting and i am also not asking any type of insurance them but indianmoney persons send such type of customers more than 200 kilometers from my place and also not giving replacement. outof 60 customers even one of the person also not done insurance. they sending some customers numbers by calling them we are sending the person and listen about insurance the customers telling ok for them. again we call them thay are telling i am not interestem like that. so please help me and refund my amount

I had become an associate with this company and as per MOU they had promised to give me 50 exclusive leads at an cost Rs.12500. The MOU was signed on 12th December On 12 th and 13th you had sent two leads who were not quality leads . Till date i have not received any leads everyday i am calling the so called Associated manager allotted for us. Every day the reply was some frequency issue and it will be solved soon. Having a name with Suvision holding but completely fraud and cheating people after taking their money. Take necessary action at the earliest. Dear Sir, We had entered into an agreement with Indian Money.com on 12th December and an MOU was signed that they wll be providing leads for our buisness. Two leads per day. Initially Nisha contacted then Mr. Rohan did the procedure for becmoing an Associate. We paid Rs.12500 for 50 leads Rs.250 per lead. The day one they had sent me one lead and after persistence 2nd lead. It was said the lead would be HNI and from corporates. Bu the leads were from slum areas and had no quality for buisness.Since Monday, I am continously contacting them for lead through mails and phone calls. They just tell that the lead will be provided but none till now. Mr. Rohan is not contactable at all. Please find below the mails which i had written to them and their reply for the same. This company is simply fake kindly take strict actions to close them as they will be fooling so many people and taking money . Simply disgusting. They got 3000 for exclusive leads and said will give HNI clients but not able to provide good leads at all. They push customers to buy products they don't want to buy. Informed them several times to give quality leads but they never listen and they say they have recordings of customer. After asking them several times then they gave recordings. Clearly see the customer is not talking only the associate is talking . they are not getting what customer wants . THESE PEOPLE GET MONEY FROM US AND ENJOY LIFE WITHOUT PROVIDING SERVICE . FOR THIS THEY CAN CLOSE THE COMPANY AND DO SOME WORK AND GET PAID. PLEASE NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY

The Indianmoney.com (Wealth Doctor) has collected money in two instalments of Rs.3700+7800=11500 from me to serve exclusive and non exclusive quality leads to support my insurance business from dt.22/10/2014.Now they are unable to send quality leads.They served unworthy leads.I requested them several times to send quality leads otherwise my money.For that they are not responding.So I request you kindly do me needful.

Respected Sir, I subscribed to the executive plan of Indianmoney.com to get leads for selling life insurance products on the 04th of September, 2014. Once, i paid them the money online there attitude changed immediately & on my repeated asking given a receipt for it. I was given all kinds o[censored]seless leads & had to call them again & again for that too along with various mail to indian money. All the leads i got were either people who were not contactable or outside the state of delhi or just collecting information for future planning or misguiding to customer before calling their associate or any other person call to lead under executive plan . Even after my repeated mails to them regarding this there was no response or improvement in the quality of leads. Therefore, i asked them to refund my money as i got completely fed up with them but there is no reply received from their end with mail and no any person call properly pickup and disconnect the same immediately till date i asked them at least provide me the leads which are properly verified & of people who are interested in buying insurance. Its been almost a month now since i subscribed to the plan from them & out of the leads which they have provided me not a single person has shown interest even in meeting to discuss the plan leave aside taking a policy. I have send them feedback too regarding this & few others to which they commonly replied regarding that feedback have also contacted me told their experience with them which has been the same. Hence, i request you to see to it that such things are stopped & the evil which is spread by them nipped in the bud. They are just looting off money from the people & then just provide them leads which are not are all useful. Also, when one tries to contact them or tell them the issues they just become deaf to the problem of the customers. Indianmoney is a fraud organisation. Don't do any monetary deal with it.After taking money nobody is picking call.I also lodge POLICE FIR against them.Our police refer it to Economic wing.Police will take action against them after the cyclone in our area at Bhubaneswar.

I supreet kaur mobile no-[protected] paid 1500/- for exclusive leads for max bupa health insurance . I filled in form 1 lead alternate days but they transffered 8 lead at a time, leads given to me as committed not in west delhi all the leads are very far away from my place & most leads are fake. At the time of making payment i have already cleared that low level income group cannot afford premium for max bupa health insurance so income level should be in high level as talk to mr. kamal in sales department, but now they people are refusing that we cannot filter according to income level. After calling in customer care many times nobody is giving positive response.
I request u to solve this matter as soon as possible

Never seen such robbers online, People in this company are so good till the time you don’t purchase their package, and after sale no one is bother to listen you, Leads they are providing are more than waste. I purchased a package of 5 exclusive leads for Loans, 1. they never give any lead as per time commitment, 2. leads were not good as per there committment, people were totally not interested, . I don’t have such bad words to say about this company .This company cheated me second time, i want there should be some serious action taken against this company.

I took a membership in indianmoney.com. Before taking the membership, they promised me providing good quality leads for investments, for that they had charged Rs 2500 (on 16 august 2014 ). But till date 1 leads they had provided and its ringing . I requested for replacement but of no use. every day i am calling them day and night only to hear false promises. Such a irresponsible behaviour. I want to register a complaint regarding them, so that no other person should be cheated and i want my money back. Kindly look into the issue. I had a 2nd time bad experience from the culprit people like praveen from retention team - account manager, i had paid 6000rs. for stock market leads, he committed me to give 2leads per day out of 20leads and he promised to give premium leads salary above 4lakhs and he called ten times to get a payment of rs.6000 ... Once i transferred the money he never called me back and thrown 20leads with in 3days 90% of leads salary from 1-2lakhs, worst service i ever seen ... more than ten leads are asking personal loan and insurance products.. out of 20leads 1 lead is closed ... i need atleast 10 premium leads to compensate.. jagadish-[protected]/[protected]

Some person from IndianMoney.com called me by taking my number through IRDA website. They promised me that they are going to provide10 genuine leads.Also 100% conversion. But so far what ever the leads they provided are all fake. Even we went to their office asking for refund. But they did not do it.
