I have deposited 2000inr and boghr 2 lead for insurance @720. The 2 leads contain phone number of persons not contactable. The company returened 369 to wallet the another lead amt is not added to the wallet. Upon my request to refund, they said that the wallet nalance is not refundable. Sir who approve this company containing looting the public money policy. I am arrogant on this company. Should govt investigate their looting attitude and relieve all wallet balance to. The concerned persons.

Send 5000 rupees and we giving 16 lic policies. i was paid 5000 rupees. they will not start serviceand

Account. i was purchased 16 leads. leads was not genuine, so cont make business. i ask them for
Replacement. they told only 2 replacements we are giving. and in your account only 1000 rupees.

In between many officieal staff called me and they told - you are working in lower plan. there will
No genuine leads available. so upgrade your plan we help you. and they are telling now, if you upgrade
Rupees 20000 plan we are helping you good.

Dear team, i fed up with my different type of complaints, toll free/customer care is useless, i need big budget leads to be allocated in my bucket, otherwise cancel my subscribtion and return back my remaining money after deducting the leads amt which i purchased earlier.


I have complained on 27.7.2016 but still no response from none of them.

Indian money contact me to sell leads for real estate in December I purchased a lead package Rs.3000/ - for 30 interesting client but after 7 month they can't provide leads even after so many mail they tell me pay another rs.2000 then we provide leads totally fake company they can't fulfill there commitment. Even trying to me that's your fault. In last month I received a call from Indian money regarding his new app Lead market, company representative told me they transfer my money in that account where I can buy leads and use my existing balance but after that he first u pay Rs 2000 more amount then u use it I told them first you provide leads as per your commitment i am waiting last seven month then I discuss but they can't ready for that even pressure me to pay money I think this is cheated me there motto is to collect little amount from market and no body can take action against Indian money. Please anybody receive call from this company please can't entertent please ignore other wise they cheated you.

Myself kiran kacharla, [protected] subscribed for home loan leads for rs.3300 against 10 leads in june 2016 first week. painful to inform that only 1 leads has received on that time and that too i have given an request for replacement post discussion with customer till date its been pending only.indian money has opened to grapped money to cheat people.

Hi.. i am chandra sekar... i paid rs10000 bill no.. imcas104398 for 50 leads on 18/6/2016.. till now i never received 1lead.. sales manager jeevan [protected] cheated me not receiving my call.. now iam goimg to file fir n file cheating case against company through media... this is a useless company.. they wont keep up their promise. they give wrong commitment and collect the money. worst company, dont belive in the words of the telecallers, all of them are trained to cheat the people. after collecting the money you will be ignored. you will not be able to trace the tele caller who had called us.

I took the subscription on 7th June 16, but till date I had received only six leads in which only 1 responded and rest were not interested cusyomers and from last 5 days am not recieving any leads. And I want my money back because its the worst service provider in the industry even everyday am receiving 3 to 4 calls to migrate to other subscription and convincing me to deposit more amount. What about the money which i had deposited earlier? So now i want to stop the subscription and my amount to be refunded back. And now i won't suggest any1 to subscribe indian money better to go for another company rather to become fool with this company.

I have many issues with Indian money. I have told my problem so many times though mail and discussed with customer care (associates) but still my issue has not been resolved. From February, 2016 to May, 2016 I have been suffered your negative statements, wrong details and all. I have discussed with Mr. Krishna from indian money, he gave me wrong statements about your services & make me fool. I have discussed with Mr. Krishna (krishna.[protected]@indianmoney.com) about LIC Insurance lead & I have paid a sum of Rs. 1500/- through on-line for 5 exclusive leads in February, 2016. According to him 5 exclusive leads is only for the customer (for me) and leads will be replace if the person not interested to take policies but I don't understand why you people provide wrong statements to the customer. Mr. Krishna told me that you will receive lead every day basics but I have not received lead on every day basics. I have called to associates so many times after that they provide me lead. I was so much depressed and thought that which type of company is this ? not providing better services as well as giving wrong statements.

I have paid Rs. 1500/- for 5 exclusive lead. I called the customer (lead) and my speech is : I am calling you on behalf of Indian money you have requirement of LIC endowment policy after that I have provided all the information about policy. I have also a CRM account which have customer detail. I hereby giving details of the customer which you provided to me.

Not one of the customer took policy. I have complaint regarding the same to associates by mail & call they told me to send your complaints regarding leads t CRM feed back area. I have done the same. They have not replace the leads as well as giving me wrong information. After discussed so many times I have spoke to Ms. Pawni she told me again to send your complaints regarding lead to CRM feedback. Again I have done the same. but not get positive response from your side.

I am totally fed up from your pathetic services now either you refund my money or provide replacement of all leads because your 5 leads is not pick up my call now and some making me fool. 4 months will be finished by 31 May 2016 and I have not received a valuable response from your side. I have done all the things which your associates told me regarding replacement but nothing has been done from your side.

Now I want my money back else I have to take a strict action against you. I hereby attached Invoice as well MOU with your company. Now this case will be go to further action.

Suvision holdings private limited is running an application which provide leads/referrals for lic, loans, tax planning business, etc.

Account manager of lead market app, had called me several times in the month of oct and nov 2015 for investing money in lead market app and i will get leads for tax planning in return for money invested. While communicating in phone, i had told him clearly that i want leads of those clients who are genuinely interested in income tax return filing and not just for loan purpose. Just to cheat honest people like me, account manager and another person with him (Whose name i dont remember) had assured me that they will provide me leads of those clients who only wants service related to income tax return filing.

On the basis of assurance given by account manager and his colleague, i agreed to invest rs. 3, 000/-. However, after making payment through netbanking of rs. 3000/-. The other person of leadmarket app told me to go to payment gateway again and insert 5000/- to activate the service and so, extra rs. 5000/- was paid by me erroneously. I requested accounts manager to refund my rs.5000/- paid erroneously since i never agreed for another payment of rs. 5000/-. But, accounts manager told me that money could not be refund as this is against company policy. So, due to my kind heart, i did not complained for that on the hope that i will get nice leads from the lead market application

Since the time i had invested 8000 [rs.3000 voluntarily and rs. 5000 erroneously], i did not get any proper leads from the application. The leads are either not picking up the calls, not interested in return filing, will file returns only if i guarantee sanction of loan to them, etc. Accounts manager and his colleague had assured me that they will provide me leads for tax planning registrations of those clients who are interested in income tax return filing work not merely on taking loan but he did not recommend any lead who are genuinely interested in return filing work. If these people could not provide the service that i had asked for, they should have fooled and cheated me by lying.

Also, i just thought of reviewing the response of other people who have also been cheated like me. When i saw their response, i was shocked. Its a fake application.

I want a refund of my hard earned money that have looted from me by lying and cheating. I also want to claim compensation for loss of income by investing money with this application and diverting my mind in this fake website

Also, i just came to know that lots and lots of people have complained about this company in this website

The companies executives are well trained in bluffing and looting the money,
I had already 20 000 in my account but still 2 people named K.Vyshnavi and Jeevan bluffed us something and made me to pay another 25000 saying some nonsense stories.

When we realize that its a useless thing and ask our money back. They come up saying there is no policy of refund.

This is one of their strong policy, all the people there are well trained to cheat people and loot the customers money.

I went to the office couple of times, each time one person will come and tell some nonsense.

Anyone from indianmoney replying to this, for heavens sake dont copy and paste the same nonsense content that you are existing from blah blah, .. you are there to work for your cusstomer blah...blah... fed up of seeing all such posts.

Indian Money had looted Rs 20, 000/- from me, they conveyed that, If i pay money immediately we will be sending one lead, who is interested in doing a policy of 1, 00, 000/- immediately. This was conveyed by 1) Mr Amith and
2) Rekha (being a lady she is also doing fraud)
Can we get justice, i am not the only person who had faced this kind of Fraud, there are so many.
Can consumer court take concrete decision to punish this kind of Company, because i am not the first person to lodge the complaint, just go thru the previous complains which was lodge in 2011,
So this is my sincere suggestion that BAN this Company to ensure that other person cannot be misguided.

I am not looking for my refund but at least if i can save other from getting into this loop that is enough for me.

A representative from Lead market of Indianmoney.com, sumiya banu called me and assured would send me leads through their Ap, after paying them she asked me to buy leads from the Ap, which I did. But as per them all the leads are verified by them and when I called them they are neither interested or the no. given was wrong. When contacting them they are saying there is something wrong with my Ap. Now they are not responding to my call. Please me out with this and take action against such fraudsters.

1- i pay 10000/- rs. On 13/01/2016 at 9.43 am for talk with mr. Amit and conform for these services to pay rs.
2- my payment is success on same time and date at 9.46am and your confirmation mail me for services is active on next 24 hr.
3- but somehow in your system my payment is not show. Mr.Amit tell me sent mail on pr.[protected]@gmail.com confirmation on time 9.57 on 13/01/2016 after i sent mail i am call from your technical personal told me for duplication truncation on 10.19 am i follow the step form your technical person told me .
4- your technical personal told me no 10000/- amount is debit in my account so i agree with him and follow the step.
5- after i type otp i got sms from hdfc credit card to debit 10000/- rs. And get second mail from your company to confirmation payment. After your technical personal told me i call you back but no one call me on 13/01/2016 i am waiting full day for your confirmation.
6- next day on 14/01/2016 i received call from your company to ms.Rekha, sr person to mr.Amit, she is talking me on my balance credit on your system 20000/- rs. I told to ms. Rekha please refund 10000/-rs. On my card and get balance of 10000/- to my lead market but she is told me for this is not possible so you got 20000/- balance received compulsory from your company. So i told ms.Rekha for call next day because on 14/01/2016 is festival o[censored]ttrayana.
7- next day ms.Rekha call me on time for purchase lead of 20000/- but i told for refund of 10000/- but she is not agree with me to refund my 10000/- so last i told for discontinue agreement and refund my all 20000/- payment. The lady is not replaying me good. I told for all my payment refund.
8- next 18/01/2016 i sent mail on your system for refund my payment 20000/-.
9- next 19/01/2016 i sent mail on your system for refund my payment 20000/-.
10- ms. Rekha calling me on 20/01/2016 for she is ready to give me refund 10000/- and give me promises’ to give the balance & best lead, services to his hand so i agree with him and she sent a mail for my confirmation on date 20/01/2016.
11- after i am waiting for my balance on 20/01/2016 to 25/01/2016.
12- on 25/01/2016 at 9.42 am i sent mail in your system for not interested in your service and refund my all payment no one replay me
13- after 26/01/2016 i sent reminder
14- next on 27/01/2016 at 10.03 am i sent mail with screen shot for no balance update and refund my all payment to your system and credit card department.
15- after mr.Amit call me on 27/01/2016 for sir you did not get balance i call you in 5 minuet. I ask to mr.Amit for refund but he is not listening me more and told for wait 5 min., steel. I am waiting ………………….
16- and after evening on 27/01/2016 at 6.46 pm i got mail from your company to credit balance of rs. 10000/-

19- today on 04/02/2016 the person call me and told for business but i told for only refund but he is not give me refund and told me for my confirmation on 20/01/2016 mail.
20- this is finally i told you for my all 20000/-rs. Refund because you are fail of your commitment and services so i am not agree with you long time to give services so i claim your company for refund 20000/- rs …..

Mr Kumar from Indian Money / Suvision hildings Bengalore has taken Rs 2500/- from me in Dec 2015 but giving the Mutual Funds customers as per the contract. He promised to five 25 customers in 15 days but stopped after giving only 2. So he owes me Rs 2300/- since Dec 18, 2015. He never answers my mails or calls. till today 10.03.2016.

One day I got a call from Mr. Ramesh and he told me I am your Account Manager and I will take care of your business. It seems you are not happy with your leads and I will suggest you to take big package of worth Rs 10, 000/- for better leads. I have never seen such a worst people. Mr. Praveen in Sales team of Indian Money, Bangalore given me false commitments and did this fraud. Now, frequently I am receiving their calls and they are asking me to download their app from Google play and invest Rs. 5000/- for good leads. Hi Everyone, I was cheated by indianmoney.com in the month of Jan 2015, they promised me to provide genuine interested 2 leads in a day, but they provided me with fake leads and given only total 6 leads in a month of February. They said they will give 20 unique leads in 5700 and they will also replace leads who are not interested. But after getting money they are not following the same. They are not replacing the leads that are not interested. They are simply rejecting by saying customers are interested. If they just want money, they can come in front of my leg and beg for that, I would have given more than that. I've taken screen shots of their CRM. I'll put those everywhere that nobody pays a single penny to IndianMoney. The fraud most company I've ever seen in my life.

I purchased a mobile app(lead market) from indianmoney.Com
i paid rs.21000/- for getting leads to auto insurance

i used this app for two months but i did not get valid leads as they committed me. So requested many times by phone as well as email.
I did not get any reply from them.
So i fed up with their service and i asked for refund my amount. Now they are telling that "there is no refund option in our company".
But company's sales person mr. Abhilash gowda didnot educate me about refund option at the time of purchasing.

So i decided to give a complaint to consumer right about this company.
