Several months ago I got a call that we will give you the insurance lead.He told me that we will give you a good insurance lead.To take membership, you have to pay ₹ 14000, They told me that the mobile Play Store has our app called Lead Market, I paid ₹ 14000 by visiting the lead market app, I have neither got an insurance lead till date, Neither did he return my money, This company commits fraud in the name of giving insurance leads, I am sending some photos of their app with which I had done the transaction, Please get my money back, It will be so kind of you, please help me.

As discussed, we have generated the leads and uploaded them to the lead market application which we have been doing according to the availability but you denied to buy the same.

Kindly buy them and solicit your company products to them.

Our role is limited in providing the guidance or information to the customers over the call, hence we do not guarantee the conversion that the particular lead will take the policies from the same service providers (it depends on the conversation that happens between the customer and the service provider). But we are providing the replacement option for the leads(customers) as per the replacement policy. If the customer is not contactable, the customer says that he/she never spoke with IndianMoney.Com, or the shared information is incorrect, we take back that lead and revert the respective credit points back to his/her wallet upon their replacement request.

In the above scenario, we never committed the refund option.

I have seen your apps insurance leads purchased many times, You said that if no one takes insurance, we will refund your money. You don't even refund, You have not met your terms and conditions, You who are running the lead insurance business through this app, it is completely fraud, Whatever I have given you, the money should be returned to me, You are forcing me to buy our insurance leads only, I do not want to buy your insurance lead, Return my money to me, I do not want to work with such fraud companies.

    I would like to inform you that, I have already lodged complaint on 31.01.2020 and 22nd May 2020, so far nothing done your Executive Mohan Kumar given assurance to resolve the problem with in March 2020. He has introduced me two Apps i.e LIC & Health Insurance. . Afterwards I decided to start the business. But so far not done anything. Actually, they are giving addresses and contact nos. are not interested to buy the insurances. Who are doing the marketing calls they are forcing to buy and giving contact phone calls and addresses. Suppose, I purchased leads through LEAD APP If I contact them for appointment by phone directly, they are not interested to buy the insurance. After 6 days I have to apply for replacement otherwise I will loose the amount. Already I lost amount. I request you to kindly refund me amount Rs. 153400/- with interest. I don’t want your business, Actually I have paid Rs. 118000/- on 11th March 2019 and Rs.35400/- on 19TH October 2019 respectively. through credit cards which are all opted for EMIs Rs.8000/- (for 2 years & 3 years respectively). I am retired person, I don’t have any income and pension also how to adjust my above EMIs. How to maintain my family.
    I request you to kindly refund me my amount. Now, I am staying in my native place. I don’t have any income to me. Presently I have stopped my business with them, because Covid 19,
    Since March 2019, I have purchased more than 100 leads, so far single lead I didn’t get. Once again I request you to kindly refund me amount.

    Online legal India sent Legal Notice from Puja Mondal to Suvision Holding Pvt. Lt on 7th July, 2020. So far not replied for legal notice.

    Also, please be informed the we do not promise the conversion guarantee on the leads as it is totally depend on you and your communication, company product which you solicit to the customers.

    Post the discussion which we had at the time of meeting occurred in our corporate office, we suggested you plenty things to be followed to attract the customers towards your company products.

    As IndianMoney.Com, we can be holding the responsibility of the leads availability with their consent on the lead market platform, the onus of buying the leads, following the leads and converting them is on the respective service providers. Even, we have committed to the replacement option as per the replacement policy.

    Even after this pandemic situation, we have been uploading the leads on a regular basis. Also, there are financial advisors who made the business out of our leads as well.       Company employees had taken double payment from me firstly they had given me the basic package of some what 10500 after that they called me and said that this package does not work properly so you have to take our higher package i ask them to give my money back than i will take your higher package or deduct my previous money from the higher package amount and tell me the amount to pay. they told me to pay the second higher package amount after that we will refund you the basic package amount .i paid that higher package amount also than also i have not yet recieved my basic amount . i will go to the cyber crime cell for this issue now.

Downloaded when i immediately received a call from indian money.com in a day i was receiving 4-5 promotional calls from indian money.com till i purchased their fraud plan. As not aware of sudheer's other face (Cheating motive). I had trusted and purchased...

          I have been getting disturbed a lot by promotional mesages sent by indianmoney.com even though i had requested them not to send any messages to my mobile number. [protected]. I have been blocking their messages, but still somehow they are sending their promotional messages from different sources which is too much irritating.

            I admit of being cheated by you by misrepresentation and fraudulently making me deposit money. Now you are telling, I have to give you a person to get my deposit refunded. You are openly making people deposit money in name of selling leads and swallow their money. If you are so confident of generating good leads, why are you not refunding my money. . I do not want any other person to get in the same cobweb of yours to escape myself and resell it. Please let me know when are you refunding my deposit of Rs.40, 000/-. Had I transferred 4 lakhs or 40 lakhs, I have to buy nonesense leads from you. Why my deposit becomes yours when I am not at all buying any leads from you. Your people are threatening public that they will not get their deposit back even if they go to Supreme court. Have you become above Supreme Court. See below the link and proof of your fraud.             Thanks for your prompt action.

            Associate care team of Indiamoney.com, want to Continue their looting of honest people. If any body is getting good leads why will they stop buying? If their leads are so good why don't they refund my money. As per them they made me deposit money saying they are offering free voucher of Rs.10000/- for buying leads. Later they deducted that Rs.10000/- from me. I had bought 29 leads from them which were all useless. Since their leads are useless I stopped buying from them after Jan 2019 and requested them to refund my balance money. They are writing to me after you posted my complaint to them. As per them, their policy is, once any body has deposited any money with them, he/ she has lost it and it becomes their revenue irrespective of whether he / she is ready to buy their leads or not. I don't know how long this looting will continue or a day will come when their company will have to be liquidated if they continue this way. Let us see how long they continue this cheating business where any money deposited by any customer becomes their money and they threaten the customer that they can't get refund of their money even if they go to Supreme court. How a deposit become their revenue. Why I should be forced to buy useless leads. They deduct money for not buying their leads, therefore their business mode is once money is deposited with them it will become their money irrespective of whether the customer buys their leads or not.

            If you do not intervene they will continue looting the general public through their telecall girls and boys.

              I bought leads pack from them in the year 2015 at the time of purchase they told me that i will get exclusive leads means those leads which was not shared by anyother agent but when i called customer they told that they already getting calls from agent earlier after buying they don't provide any service.. My money was totally wasted and that are again calling me to buy new leads. I would not recommend anyone to buy leads from this fake company

                From past 1 year we have bought almost 100 leads, but we hardly met 10 people out of 100, remaining 90 leads are not available for meetup.in that 10, only 3 to 4 has been converted.

                Leads who are not available for meetup/ keep on postponing the meeting or no show at the meeting location. I am not telling every lead is fake. But most of the leads are fake.

                They've # replacement policy. Where we have to fulfill all hundreds of terms and conditions. Then only we will get replacement for a particular lead.

                  They have called me multiple times and made promise that they will provide quality leads on weekly basis. I did agreed to that because I was not interested in low quality leads. I have made payment around 11000 for the customized request as their manager agreed that they will be provided weekly 2 to 3 high quality leads. After making the payment their manager didn't called me and didn't provided single lead untill now. I was frustrated and asked for refund. They are denying the request saying they do not have refund policy. I feel this is kind o[censored]nethical and fraud comapy I want this company should be punished for un ethical behaviour and false promises made to me.

                    This is Venkatesh. My mother Sarojini devi lic agent from Nizamabad has registered with the mobile number ([protected]) for the lead market in Indian money.com.

                    The responsible relationship manager told that the basic package is for 12000 to give the leads. So she accepted and interested. She doesn't know how to use the credit card so the manager told that he will take the money if she shares the (One Time Password) OTP. So she accepted it and shared the OTP.

                    But he cheated saying that amount has been deducting from the credit card only 1000/- for each transaction but he almost deducted 35950/-.

                    After deducting the money they are not responded for some days. After some days they called and interact with her.She asked why did he deduct the money but they told that this package is limited and told to pay 12880/- more to get the services.

                    They made afraid of her and said that if she doesn't take one more subscription she will loose the money of her current package subscription. So she afraid of that and shared the OTP on 30th Dec 2019.They deducted the 11770/- money from credit card.
                    After that she is trying to call the leads to get the policy. But no one is taking any policy and they are asking who gave the number why am i getting frequent calls from this.They are not genuine customers.They provided all fake customers.

                    Actually the basic package is 12000/- but he deducted 35900/- rupees through credit card.Relationship manager saying that amount has been deducting from the credit card only 1000/- for each transaction but he almost deducted 35950/- and we are having the bank statement proof and also attached for the same.

                    Currently we are not going to use/continue the service from you so please refund 48000/- money except the basic package 12000/- which we have actually opted for it.

                    Please find the attached bank statement for the transactions on November 28th, 10th &30th of December 2019.

                    After deducting he money they forcibly convinced and said that provide the leads.And provided leads are fake.

                      I am l. Prabhakar, retired person, subscriber and victim of your indian money.com (Suvision holding pvt. Ltd) i paid rs.1, 53400/- for silver plan (Paid rs.118000/- on 11.03.2019 and rs.35400/- on 18.09.2019) buying leads for life insurance products. Actually your people many times called me for invest in our company will help for purchasing of insurance policies. I went your office on 11.03.2019. They offered me good opportunity for arranging appointment from vips and ministers just and collect the cheque for buying insurance policies. Really a i am very happy but i told them i don’t have money only i am having credit card told them, immediately they advised me invest through credit card monthly emi we will arrange for buying leads within 4 months your credit card amount will get back. So i gave sbi credit card swipe rs. 118000/- your people converted 24 months emi (Emi including 22% interest rs.7500) and promised me to give leads. I started business i have purchased 90 – 100 leads, in that half of the leads i got replacement and another half of the leads got rejected.
                      Even today i didn’t get single leads. I met your concerned people 4 to 5 times, nothing they have done for me. Again i called concerned lady i begged her i am not earner, please help me i can’t pay my emis they are charging 3.5% interest per month. Again, she advised me to invest me rs. 35400/- for video shoot that is updated package, it is very helpful to me, whoever interested to buy the life insurance, they will see the video will call for buying the leads. So, again i invested rs. 35400/- on 18.09.2019 that also i paid hdfc credit card and converted into 36 emis (Emi rs.1375/- pm including 22% interest) so far nothing they have done for me. I think she got promotion and enjoying. Daily i am crying here. Retired persons who will give this much amount. I am not earning anything at this stage who will invest. Really your people cheated me.

                            In november 18, the lead market employees were calling 3-4 times a day about lead market benefits and the quality leads they are providing. After some days i fall in their trap and subscribed the basic package of rs.5000+gst. They said that if you will not subscribe 5 leads in the month you will be deducted rs.50/month... That was manageable. But after 4 months they started deducted rs.500/month. I said why are you deducting rs.500 they said...

                            This company is fraud. After 10 day he followed me for transfer 20000 by new technology.

                            Chiiting compnany all lead are very [censored] no lead is useful
                            They also not response of our call many times we call but they not attend our call after 6 month. Everytime new people talking with me.

                            This company is fully chitter

                              They didn't provide services. What they promised me before buying services. I didn't get a single customer from this company. They cheat and behave unprofessional. I want my money back in my account. All customers care before buying didn't even guided me that how this lead market app work. They always forced me to go to buy lead and see payment option. Once i paid they didn't trained me that how it's works. All call suddenly stop after buying company services. They fool me. That we are here to help you.                                 My name is alpna i am one of the victim of this company so called indianmoney.com in which they speak very sweetly and grab your money like anything, i also started with basic back of rs.15000/- then nothing has worked out of the leads which they have provided. again i went and asked then they advised for upgrade of package to rs.35000/- again in that upgradation also nothing has happened and all the leads which purchased is of zero conversion and non genuine customers.

                                Still didn't lost my hopes and continued the relationship with them again they fooled me for investing rs.1, 25, 000/- (Made all payments in favor of its subsidiary company called m/s. Suvision holdings pvt ltd) and i have become scape goat of this offer in the interest of improving my life insurance leads and conversion. at this time they have promised that they will help me in getting the refund of money if nothing is converted. so far i have purchased 163 leads in which none of them are genuine even exclusive gold and diamond leads as they have updated. i am struggling since last 5 years to get back the money but none of them are responding positively for the same.

                                  I was contacted by indiamoney.com official for subscribing to their 1month/3month/6month/1year/platinum plan for buying leads for insurance. I wanted subcribe for 3month plan (Rs354000) and same was told to senior exicutive, but exicutive told to buy 1 year plan (Rs 1180000) which bluntly refused by me. Then he asked my mobile to check the credit score and asked for my credit card no cvc no and without my knowledge entered otp to transfer money of rs 118000/- to indiamoney.com account for 1 year plan. Then i asked for mobile to cancel the transaction, but by then money was transferred to indiamoney.com and when i asked how he transfer the money without knowledge, he told because you pressed the cancel two times, the otp automatically entered and executed the transfer, which is totally false and it surely daylight robbery from the public, which nonreturnable from company, which clearly indicates that company is not able get subscriber for 6month and one plan for buying leads from the company. Hence the executives are fooling and cheating the public to transfer the money for 1 year plan in order meet the company given target.
                                  I finally request the company, if your company is not a fraudulent company, then you should refund the difference amount (Ie difference between 3 month plan and 1 year plan). This complaint will not be resolved unless you refund the difference amount between 3 and 12 month plan.

                                  Further there is no signed application from the subscriber for the one year plan. But by transferring money from the subscriber a/c to indiamoney.com a/c by fooling and cheating means by your executive is the indication of your company is not getting subscriber for buying leads. Also no refund option clearly indicates that the company fraudulently collecting the money.

                                  Hence i request the authority to formulate the proper procedure, which will ensure genuine transfer from public to company a/c. First he subscriber has fill the application indicating their choice of plan, name and addresses etc and at back of form indicating their conditions/rules t and signature of the subscriber before the money is transferred to company account.

                                  Hence i request concerned authority to direct the company to refund the difference amount immediately.
