Dear sir/ madam,

i was register last week thus day i took 10 exec lead home loan and loan agist prop.that time indianmoney cre mrs Amruta was continus called me.after i took she not pick my phone and still we are received only 1 lead as per the indian money agreement between 2 days we receive 1 lead but today is 8 days we received only 1 lead.

I took a membership in indianmoney.com. Before taking the membership, they promised me providing good quality leads for investments, for that they had charged Rs 5898 (on 29 april 2014 ). They are very clever their representative will call you and give a useless pack for thousands of rupees, in return you will get few useless leads for selling your insurance policies. When you contact the leads they will say they are not interested and they will never ask you are appointment. In this way Indianmoney.com fools poor insurance agents in our country. I am one of the victim from Bhopal, my name is Amit and working for SBI Life. I subscribed them after taking the payment they forgot me first then after making so many calls and sending many emails they start responding and send me the very first call after 1 week of my registration. The first call itself was a fake one. They given me number of a guy who is living in a small town near Bhopal. When I called him he has no idea about insurance. This is only one example to make you people aware of this fraud company. Do not beleive them at all. They will even do not pick your phone calls and sometimes they actually cut your calls. So guys do not waste your money in this company. Not even a single rupee. Do your own hard work to get leads. Do not believe in such companies. This are all cheaters looking for their prey in you. So Be Careful.

Not even one lead clicked.We are able to achieve our best through other avenues, definitely not through you.you have repeated the leads, not giving leads in coimbatore and give all daily wages leads from Tirupur and far away places.fed up with your pattern of work and stopped despite loosing all my money as though I gambled.I really feel sorry for your irresponsibility.

I am an Independent Financial Advisor based out of Pune dealing with Life Insurance, General Insurance & a variety of other products. An Indian Money representative called me and offered to give me leads that have a genuine requirement of Insurance products. He promised me over the phone that the leads will have a min income of Rs. 30000/- and if in case the lead does not materialize then he will replace it with a fresh lead. I was also promised that I would get exclusive leads and that no other advisor would get the contact details of these leads. The leads would come at a cost of Rs 300/- per head. I was ready to try it out and requested a trial package of Rs. 5700/- with 20 leads. On receiving the leads I first noticed that most of them had an annual package of between 1.5 lakh and 2.5 lakhs which was not what was promised to me. So I contact the customer care and they say please send it for replacement and we will give you another lead for the same. So far so good, then I start calling the leads, only to realise that these poor customers have been already called by multiple people in the past and are not even close to interested in even meeting me regarding the product, forget about buying an Insurance product. I speak to the customer care and they blindly deny giving the contact to any one else. Now the leads that I had given for replacement due to low income get rejected saying the lead is interested and please call lead. Even the leads that have said they are not interested in taking a policy are not being replaced. I feel like the leads and myself have been victimized by this horrible company that has no clue of what their representatives are promising. Please help me out with this matter and see what can be done so that more people do not get fooled into something like this. I am willing to give more information if needed. I have registered and paid them Rs.3800 for 15 leads. They have sent 6 to 7 leads, all these are non convertible people. I think they have few known people or its employees phone nos are shared with us, they atted our first call, later either they do not receive or they will say that they do not require insurance. I think it is a pakka fraud company. They do not behave properly after receiving payment from us. My sincere advise is not to subscribe and get trapped. JMRAJA

Yes Mr. Raju you were right, even i feel the same that this people are cheating us, i also registered and paid 5, 000 rs 10 days before, then next morning some lady called me to do online payment of another 5, 000 rs to claim a extra bonus of 5, 000 so which going to make my total amount to buy lead is 10, 000 but when i told that lady that if i will process this transaction then another 5, 000 rs will be deducted from account, where i already paid 5, 000 rs from my net banking a night back, then too that customer service lady was saying 'no' sir nothing will happen you just need to cancel the transaction once you apply to payment button, so i said ma'am please understand transaction will not be cancelled and my money will be deducted from my account then too she was saying don't worry sir nothing will happen,
so i just did what she said and my another 5, 000 rs got deducted from my bank account through net banking.
so when i said that lady that see i told u na that it will be deducted so she was saying that sir you must have done some mistake otherwise it could not happen and she was not accepting her mistake. so i asked her to give call to her senior out there so after saying so much time she gave call to her senior, so he was also like sir aapka hi mistake hoga otherwise it could not happen, and when i asked for refund then they said 'no' we don't have refund policy. so i argued so much but they were not ready to accept their mistake or to give me that extra 5, 000 rs refund.

Then that manager told me that don't worry sir will give you 20, 000 rs balance in your lead market account against your 10, 000 rs payment, and will help you to cover your this money in few days by providing very good leads and will be in your constant touch . so i said okay because i had no other option then too say 'yes' .

And things started worsen after that because no one was calling me or providing me the leads, not even that senior or even my Account Manager who gave me the fake promises at the time of taking payment from me. i was the one who used to call them for leads so for first few days they were like sir will provide you in sometime please wait but nothing happened.

and now read this which i am going to write...
1) when i started buying leads manually from Lead Market application from mobile, you won't believe it what happened then, i bought one lead mentioning requirement of health insurance but when i called him he said who told you i m in need of this i want a car loan, so i was like what this back office people are doing sitting there.

2)then once i bought term insurance lead and when i called him he said sir i don't have money to buy insurance, i am a watchman(security person) in a under construction building in Dahisar (Mumbai), i don't have capacity to buy it, it was indian money people who got his no. from somewhere and contacted him and after saying 'no' this people add his name into lead system and putted on sale.

3) and another case is i bought one lead mentioning health insurance and when i contacted that lady she was like i don't want health insurance but i want personal loan... so i was like freak what is happening here...why this people are putting fake leads...

this above are few cases but there are few more to say but i don't want to streach more...

so then when i called that senior manager their and told about this then he said sorry will replace you with another leads in sometime, u just give replacement request from your mobile app... and i did the same but it got rejected by their back officr team so then i called him but he didn't pick my call and it's been 5-6 days i have not got replacement till now...and that senior manager and account manager both are not picking my calls... one day i called him 30 time continuesely then too he didn't pick up.

then one day i tried from another number then he picked so he was also shocked after hearing my voice and told me that sorry sir i was busy in some work that's why was not picking the call, now i am going to replace your lead in sometime just give me call after 15 min.
so when i called him after 15 min he again started not picking call...even was not picking my call from that another number...
so then thought let's talk to customer service department and do the complain of this. so i called them so they were also not accepting their mistake and were saying that there is nothing fault from our side, you must have done something wrong in talking to them ...that back office lady was teaching me to talk that how you should approach some one if you buy health insurance lead and they want any other product like car loan or personal like your case.
so they were not also ready to accept their mistake that they are the only one who putted fake leads in the system and now blaming us customer to accept this.

This all thing i have experienced in last 10 days[protected] to[protected]...

i think have lost my hard earned 10, 000 rs . in this cheating company...
my humble request to my dear friends from all over India is not to come into trap of this people and give your hard earn money to this people...don't even entertain this people when they call you to sell their this service...

Once, I paid them the money their attitude changedimmediately. I was given all kinds o[censored]seless leads. All the leads I got wereeither people who were not contactable or not interested in any plan. Evenafter my repeated calls to them regarding this there was no response orimprovement in the quality of leads. Therefore, I asked them to refund my moneyas I got completely fed up with them but there reply was that we don’t refundmoney. It’s been almost two weeks now since I subscribed to the plan from themand the leads which they have provided me not a single person has showninterest even in meeting to discuss the plan leave aside taking a policy. Ihave sent them feedback too regarding this. I request you to see to it thatsuch things are stopped and the evil which is spread by them should be nippedin the bud. They are just collecting money from the people and then just providethem leads which are not at all useful. Also, when one tries to contact them ortell them the issues they just become deaf to the problem of the customers.Hope to get justice in this matter as such companies should not be allowed tooperate for misleading and looting money from the people. Dear Sir, As i had bought paid Lead for Health, motor & Travel insurance from Indianmoney.com on 3/2/2014.As per my requirement i had mention i need 20 lead of health insurance, 15 lead of motor insurance & 10 lead of travel insurance 4 lead on daily basis. From date of registration they had provided proper lead for health, but once my 20 lead of health is done which was on 8/2/2014. Since then they just provided me with 2 lead of motor insurance, which was on 9/2/2014 & 24/2/2014. after regular follow up, They are not giving proper response and disconnecting my phone just saying that they will start sending you lead as soon as possible. I told them if they cant provide me lead of motor & travel on time, then convert my lead to health insurance that will do for me, even they are not doing the same, they are asking for extra charge for health insurance lead.Even they call canter executive has rude behaviour. My request is that kindly, Convert my lead from motor and travel into health or refund my amount if they cannot provide me service on time as per requirement. Sadly I am a person who always verifies all this things on the web before subscribing but somehow, I fell into the trap by their executive Ankita whose number is [protected]. She promised me huge things which were at first very hard for me to believe but later she convinced me that it was all true. I finally fell into the trap by these scamsters who call themselves as a company providing genuine leads which are also termed as exclusive leads. Ankita promised me that all the Leads will be in my area only i.e. in my pincode. I also told her that since I am working with a Company and doing this part time. I need the leads only on Saturday. She promised yes for everything I had asked. Then the pain started after I paid them the money. They sent me the first lead on a Monday which is the first working day for me. I still called the Lead and realized that this was just a fake lead where the prospect said that his daughter is working with an Insurance company and why should he ask India Money to give him an policy. I was promised by Ankita that such leads will be immediately replaced. I then placed a request to get the lead replaced but it never happened and then my CRM access was blocked for two weeks. I was assigned a Account Manager by the name of Swapnil Mishra no [protected]. I called Swapnil and told him about my situation and also that I need leads only on Saturday. He promised that it will happen. Next week I again got a lead on Monday. I still called and the prospect told me that why was I calling him again. I told him I never called you before to which he said that he had registered with India Money and was looking for Insurance more than a month ago and he already got a call from India Money and has purchased Insurance from them one month back. I again placed a request for replacement but as usual no response. I called for the fifth time on their associate care no and told them I need leads only on Saturday, they promised to do that. I again got the next lead on a Monday which was again a Fake lead and the prospect was not even interested in talking forget about buying an insurance. Swapnil Mishra has not even answered my call once after that and neither has Ankita. Guy's trust me this is a totally fake company and out there to cheat and commit fraud. I asked for a refund but they are refusing to do that now. We need to file a complaint in the Police Station and also in the cyber crime cell. Regards, Praveen Bellur

Later i got replacement for the fake leads still no one is genuine. later they are saying no sir, we can't give you any more replacement since u have regular lead pack. (by the registration they said unlimited lead replacement). So many days i used to get fake leads only. later I decided its better to forget this business from IndianMoney.com. Simply I am loosing lot of my currency to contact customer care. Even I spoke to Account Manager still no use.

Later after few months, again i gotta call from them & telling to take exclusive pack by paying Rs.3000 for 10 leads. they promised me like they will not share our lead info with anybody. okay chalo let give a try i thought. in the 1st lead itself they told, Sir how many people will calling me taking IndianMoney. I had a deal with other guy. Started my brain storming. Again I scold them to IM, that Telecaller telling sir by miss this happened. wait we will give genuine lead which will not happened. still same as usual story running. I really got frustrated & spoke to Manager's Manager, Account Manager, & so many people. No body is giving justification & not at all about rectify my problem.

Still am getting calls to renew my account. already I lost 5, 500 bucks. Still they are saying, we will provide good service in future... we are sorry about your bad experience with us.

These people kind of business they are doing. they are looting money from innocent people.
We have to F___ them back like anything. They have our all database maintained. No worried about evidence.

When the tele callers call for enrolling for the services they give such a sweet talk and impress you with the services list they provide once the money is paid all that you get is only fictitious leads. Any no.of complaints you give afterwords never they try to resolve and every time there's a new person who receives the complaint and says she will get back which never happens. I strongly recommend every one never to subsribe for any of their services.

I got the call from the telemarketing team of the company and they projected that they are providing exclusive leads for Home Loan and Loan against property to me. Initially I did not agree for the same but they repeatedly assured me about quality of the leads and filtration process about the quality. They convinced me and I have made the pmt by cheque to them December 19, 2013. I got 1st lead on December 21st, which was not the home loan lead and I asked them to replace it..after that I got 2 more leads on Dec 24, 2013 and the fate is same. I am not satisfied by the quality of leads and services offered by the company. When I asked my money back they are saying it can not be refunded as it is mentioned in the offer documents on the site. This shows the fraudulent intention of the company. They are selling insurance / other leads to people for each Rs.370 after discount Rs.310, In the offer document they are telling if customer not interested we will replace the lead (attaching offer document), But later harrasing the customers with out replacing and no response from their MD also, mean they are wanted-ly doing the fraud. this is a fake company. company doesn't have any search engine optimization with their website... nowhere visible across the country ...

they take life insurance agent number from free listing website and assure for lead for quality leads .

truth is no visitors visit their website specially in eastern, western, north india. few visibility is there in banglore.

they make a hot lead who call them which is a cold call / customer only seeking the information an distribute among 10 -15 agent from whom they are charging 130 -150 per lead ... so they make 15000/- for one dead lead in which customer doesn't want to buy the insurance.

they will take the money from you ... will give you 10 worst leads in which clients actually not interested or shared with 10 different agents in the same region.

if you dont believe me you make take a subscription and get ditched ..

The IndianMoney.com is a company who will generate paid leads to customers. Before paying money the company promised me the quality service and told me i will be getting leads who will meet my requirement.There are two options and the option 1 is - to pay Rs;130 to each lead and the lead can be shared among 3 customers like me and the option 2 is - to pay Rs;330 to each lead and the lead can be exclusively given to me. But the quality of service is extremely frustrated and the company is least bothered about quality of leads but more bothered about money. The agents are not even picking my calls after i paid the money. I opted for exclusive leads but all the leads have been shared among 3 or more customers. If i place replacement request then i need to follow up for at least 100 times to answer each request. They are not even refunding my money.I really met the frustration to the peak and i waited till end before raising complaint. So i am just expecting quality of service not my money.I took trial service and if the quality of service is like this for trial and i can think the level of service for 100 leads and more.
