hello friends, I am also one of the person who is cheated by this cheater indianmoney.com. I paid Rs.1685/- to them for that they assured me of giving 5 leads but after they received the payment their attitude changed suddenly and they started giving unrealistic suggestions.
I request all the indians that they should be very careful before investing single pie to such fraud companies especially in indianmoney.com... I am trying to recover the amount from them but dont know what to do.. Please anybody can help me in this regard I will be grateful them.. My contact no is [protected]

When I wanted to try 5 leads for life insurance services, But I was told I have to buy minimum 20 leads(Exclusive) which as per them were purchased at a discounted rate of Rs.340 per lead and I paid Rs.6800 to them 5 months back .For over one and a half month, I was not registered.With great difficulty they provide me leads which gave no business till date and make you toil for nothing. All these leads either they go on postponing appointments or they will call you at an appointed place other than their residence or working place but will never appear.One very first lead provided, Sagar told me that it is a mistake, he does not need any life insurance.Second, Mayur Rathore after several postponement of appointments, stopped replying.Other one, Vijay after calling me twice, never appeared at place of appointment even after confirming and ultimately said 'No' to Insurance.Fourth, S.K.Vajpayee, fixed appointment thrice and told me that he is messaging his address as he called me twice at Kalyan and once at Santacruz, but never provided me his address and finally told me that he has already taken insurance from some one else.His e mail address given was also wrong. Not all this, complaints made to Indian Money is never responded except with an automatic reply with giving new number of complaint on automatic software.Thus, Complaints no.IMCACC 25998, 26129, 26402, 26583, 27055, 27446, 27447, 27448, 27540 made between 19th March, 2014 and June09, 2014 remain unanswered.
No more leads are also being provided except 4(four) nos. mentione above who have not given any business.Does it not mean cheating? If they can not carry out business in a justified manner, they should not keep money with them and if they are real finance company, they should return money with interest for not giving business and intended services.

Indian Money .com should be sued for false leads and cheating.

True Himansh, Indianmoney.com is really waste of time and money, they provide all crap, and employees were so worst and irresponsible. we have to stop this and take this issue to Media and Police.

A couple of months back, I had deposited Rs 1300/- with Indian Money.com for exclusive leads 5 Nos. It took sometime for me to realise that they are fooling insurance agents. They assured that their experts attend all their enquiries and confirmed enquiries will be passed on to me. It was a joke. They simply pass on the information, such as name, phone no., and address(half address) to agents without assessing their actual requirement. Anybody tying up with them will be wasting their valuable time and money. Beware of such companies claiming to be financial consultants who promise they will provide confirmed leads to insurance agents.

Fake company, I too have cheated, they promised 2 leads per day, they were just passing some bogus name and phone number, which are no way related to insurance, some people are already taken insurance or ULIP, they just wanted to know the amounts etc..Please do not pay any single penny to this Bas***** .Waste of time and money

Dear users Beware of an online portal called Indian money they call u for subscription to their lead packages and after payment they don't listen to u. I subscribed for 10 leads of loans a month ago but they have not provided me with a single lead till date. My order not was IMCASOID04041

I totally disagre with this. I am also taking leads from IndianMoney.com since last 4 months and I am getting good leads. IndianMoney.com leads are very good only for those people who sell the good products. But most of our agents want to sell those products which gives them more than 30-40% commission, whereas IndianMoney.com is educating its customers on various charges levied on a product, therefore when we pitch in for such high charge product, customers will automatically refuse to buy from us. More than that this is the customer ruled market, therefore they have many options. They expect their financial advisor to have sound professional experience and knowledge. If we dont know how to speak to our customers, we cant expect those customers to buy from us.

Buying leads from IndianMoney.com leads doesnt mean getting confirmed sales. We are just getting the contact details of those people who are interested to buy different financial products and whether they are buying it from us or not depends on how we speak. More than that we are paying just Rs 100+ to IndianMoney.com per lead. We also have to understand that they have to spend huge money to generate leads.

I am taking time to tell these things just because they have helped me increasing my business considerably in the last 4 months and my financial condition has been improved a lot. I am grateful to IndianMoney.com.

I have tried to deal with them in the most professional way possible but even after one month of subscription i havent got a single useful lead from them. Also, many others in delhi & other parts of India have the same problem with them as they just dont verify the leads which they provide us. Mostly the leads are either not contactable or just collecting information about various plans in the market. To date i have sent them so many mails & also called them many times citing the same issues but to no use. Then i sent them a feedback which was responded commonly to all the people who had similar issues with them as we have your feedback & will do the needful but again to no result. The feedback had mail ids of people whom i contacted to know that they are also fed up with Indianmoney.com which then prompted me to lodge a complaint against them.

Maybe, you are one of the lucky ones to have got a good response from them being in the same city also helps. I am in new delhi which is quite far off & cant keep calling them all day for the same problems. Also, the biggest let down is that they havent sent me any plan details or the payment receipt which i have requested many times.

Hope, you understand the situation as its just a ploy by them in the face of educating customers they are fooling them & us as well. Therefore, i have requested the neccessary action to put an end to this.

i just want to say that indianmoney.com people, before i had taken up their subscription, told me that leads will be 100% verified, will be exclusively for me (Will not be shared with anybody else) but nothing of this sort happened...I don't think IM people have verified the leads because in 80% of the cases, client would say that he was just checking out the site and is not actually interested in taking up any plan..in rest 20% of the cases, leads are evenly distributed to all and sundry and the client is sometimes so irritated by calls from every insurance company guy that he flatly refuse to listen to anybody...

I think IM people are just building castles in the air regarding authenticity of their leads whereas to a great extent, its all a sham and misleading...

I have learnt my lessons the hard way by shellling out Rs 5000 but now will not even go close to IM and neither will i advise the site for leads or even for FINANCIAL EDUCATION to anybody...

I am holding Birla Sun Life Policy no.[protected] since Feb 2007. I had to pay 3 instalments of Rs.25,000/- yearly which i have completed and have receipts to that effect.


On 27th March 2010 i submitted the policy surender form along with all the original documents ( HAVE RETAINED RECEIPT OF THE SAME ), So far am not getting my ammount and not receive any intimation for Birla Office.


I was hospitalized on 1/04/2010 for two weeks. am not followed the status of mine.

11/04/2010 - i checked my bank account, am not received my policy amount.

12/04/2010 (Morning) - i checked with customer care[protected] they said due to signature mismatch my request was rejected and also they said the intimation letter was sent to my communication address (but am not receive any letter from birla).

12/04/2010 (Post lunch) - again i check with customer care for my original document for re-apply, they said it was return(despatched) to Branch Office (Adyar Branch, Chennai) on 8th Apr 2010.

13/04/2010 (Morning) - I spoked with the branch office (Adyar, Chennai), they said didnt received any Doucment from Birla Head Office. and also they asked to get POD Number from Customer Care for further action.

13/04/2010 (Morning) - I again spoked with the customer care for POD number. that gentlemen said, the delivery details are not updated in status log, so please wait for 3 days i check with Back office and come back.........

I am surprised that a company like Birla Sun life they dont have SYSTEMS and PROCEDURE, and it clearly shows that their INEFFICENCY, they only interested in GRABBING money from the people not serving the People

Recently, i have received a lead where the customer requires home loan & they have forwarded it to me for a policy. I agree with all of them, Indian money.com is very very fraud and looting peoples money. i subscribed for platinum package for 100 leads for rs 10000, I paid them 10000 and they told that they will provide only genuine leads to me but nowadays they are not even attending my Call. I don't know why! please take action on them. these guys must be punished. instead of eating in others hard earned money, ask them to eat everybody's . our stomach is burning. we will often forgive them, But God will not. first they will call as if we are their relation but after getting money, they will behave as if they never spoke to us and we are unknown Person. Hi this is Prabu from Salem.
Actually i joined this Indian Money Compay before 3 months . We had an oral aggrement of generating 30 leads for Rs 3100/-. Before paying the money they say that they will tranfer the leads up to 80% and my word is to do it only 20%. Still know i have received about 17 leads but not even one has been converted to business. When i ringup either there is no response or noidea on investment. This is the answer i get from the leads.
I dont say Indian Money is totally fraud, because some leads when i say i am calling from Indian Money they say yes proceed. So this shows that the company has tried to some extent and i think there is no further proper communication from the company to the leads. They dont fully explain either the terms and the products to the leads.
Actually Rs3100/- does not matter me so much but there are many people for those even small amount Matters much. So just be carefull and think think think before entering this company. This is my humble request.

Really Indian money is a fraud company which cheats with the people for taking money. I had received call from indianmoney for lead subscription in OCT 2012. They given me a offer of Rs 4500 for 25 leads. When i paid them 4500 they offered me only 20 leads by saying that our executive has mistakenly offered you 25 leads. They will provide 2leads daily basis but i received 20 leads in 5 months out of which none is converted. Reply of leads are either they not call to indian money or they have no requirement. After complaing to indian money they dont gave any response. Its doing a business of Fraud. I suggest to every one not to take service of Indian money.

I paid the amount on 2nd March 2013 and Created login to CRM tool on[protected].
Its been a month I did not receive any genine lead ( LIC premium and Long term policies). I have wasted my valuable time and money with them speaking on phone ( STD call ).
These people stay in Banglore.

FYI: Till now they have provided 3 leads. When I spoke to them they informed that they are not at all interested in long term investment and shouted at me that who has given their number to me. They also said Indiammoney people themselved called them and even they are not interested, instisted them to have policy.

When I placed replacement request, they simply updated saying replacement request rejected.

I am really pissed off calling most of them including managers from Indianmoney.com and no proper service.

Now I felt they have provided wrong information to me - My registration contact no. [protected]

I am speaking to all the below people (Indiammoney.com employees ) almost everyday for better service and genuine leads to provide as promised.

where are you this days, there is one guy called Mr.Dikshya and a female named Rekha, before taking the subscription she did not even missed a second to call and now she is not ready to come on the call.Secondly 30 leads not a single conversion and a meeting i do not know how do u generate the leads. There was a lead who was looking for health insurance and you guys suggested him to have a look for life insurance also good the person was 60 years old and the premium for that person was so exorbitant that no body will be ready to pay the same.

when i asked for the recording i came to know that these people when someone calls for a personal loan or home loan they will try to cross sell insurance products also irrespective of the persons requirement or not . Mr.Avinash u r so polite in this public forum and ur people speaks so badly, they say that u do not know to sell insurance or this problem only u r having . Your approach is not good or proper I will like to inform your executives that i am into this industry since last 12 years and secondly you guys are not able to provide me with proper 50 leads in last one and half year .

Yes I am agree with all the above Because they (Indian money.com) are wanted-ly cheating with cruel mind, for got about money refund at least they are not replacing leads as per the agreement, every time they are rejecting the replacement request, after that no response from them and again calling for buying another leads without having[protected]

So don't buy any leads from that stupids

I am also registering cheating case in 1. PS 2.HRC 3.Consumer forum and I want to teach them good lesson. I wont leave them until I got all my expenses, compensation, fees, charges phone bill etc, after that Circulate news to all the national and local media to save others.

Cheap !!! People at Indianmoney are just there to loot you & providing leads which are no good to you & they don't even to bother to change it. The sales guy will make promises which are upfront refused by the people who provide you the lead. By then it is too late for you to react & all you can do is just keep grumping about the leads. I signed up for LIC leads & I was given a lead who is looking for personal loan. When confronted with Indianmoney, they said they will listen to the initial call made to that particular lead & confirm. 2 days later they refused the replacement saying that the recorded call that was made before me speaking to the lead says he is interested about LIC, hence cannot be replaced. Even after me mentioning that I can send them recording of the call I had made, they refused. Sangram spoke big talks before signing up. Post signing up, Sangram raised his hand & said he cannot do anything. Leads are sent by 5 PM daily which is of no good as the prospective customer may not be reachable at that time or he may not be available thereby wasting another day. Now even after my refusing to renew subscription, 3 calls are made to renew. On asking to speak to a supervisor, the person Ramesh Kumar (claiming to be relationship manager) disconnects the call. DON'T EVER BUY LEADS OR RENEW.

Indianmoney.com — Providing useless lead and doing fraud

I paid them 2250 rupees for 20 lead for my insurance business. They told me they will peovide me lead after verifying them, so I only have to contact lead and close them. but its not happing. what ever lead I am getting they are not at all interested in the product I deal.

Hi I am Vishnu from Bangalore, 1st time i registered by paying Rs.2500 for 25 leads. Full out of full leads are fake, if i contact them, leads was scolding me not to call. Later i got replacement for the fake leads still no one is genuine. later they are saying no sir, we can't give you any more replacement since u have regular lead pack. (by the registration they said unlimited lead replacement). So many days i used to get fake leads only. later I decided its better to forget this business from IndianMoney.com. Simply I am loosing lot of my currency to contact customer care. Even I spoke to Account Manager still no use.

Later after few months, again i gotta call from them & telling to take exclusive pack by paying Rs.3000 for 10 leads. they promised me like they will not share our lead info with anybody. okay chalo let give a try i thought. in the 1st lead itself they told, Sir how many people will calling me taking IndianMoney. I had a deal with other guy. Started my brain storming. Again I scold them to IM, that Telecaller telling sir by miss this happened. wait we will give genuine lead which will not happened. still same as usual story running. I really got frustrated & spoke to Manager's Manager, Account Manager, & so many people. No body is giving justification & not at all about rectify my problem.

Still am getting calls to renew my account. already I lost 5, 500 bucks. Still they are saying, we will provide good service in future... we are sorry about your bad experience with us.

These people kind of business they are doing. they are looting money from innocent people.
We have to F___ them back like anything. They have our all database maintained. No worried about evidence.

IndiaMoney.com is really not providing as per the promises given by them which is more disappointing. I had subscribed to a trial pack of 10 exclusive leads, most of them were not either interested in taking loans or rather not having proper documentation. When we asked for replacement for leads (as promised by them) they asked us to subscribed for more leads than only the replacement will be provided. The behaviour of the staff also changes drastically on or after subscribing to their package. Kindly take proper care before subscribing to their misleading packages

I am LIC Agent from Mumbai and I have been also cheated from Indian money. They just don't verify lead, they don't bother whether customer wants the product or not, they give the number & update any thing wrong in CRM. They don't give replacement also. They just make excuses to avoid replacement. I asked before I call to the lead I need recorded conversation with lead so that I will get idea that really customer wants that product or not but still I didn't get any response after several calls to customer service & email to them.

I had also subscribed to indiamoney.com, their leads are useless. They give leads needing Home Loan/Insurance to associates subscribing for IT returns, Tax planning and related. I also heard from a customer they INDIANMONEY.com had by THEMSELVES CALLED the LEAD, the lead never contacted indianmoney.com. I spoke to Avinash, Dixit-Manager and many other people and is of no use. I requested replacements for many leads but all of them was rejected with just a copy paste reason - "Lead is interested".

I can totally understand, indian money is fooling people by giving fraud leads. I am working in lic, I purchased a package of 8000 in january 2014 from them to get 30 exclusive leads in 2 months. So far they have provided me only 21 leads and all of them were fake. I had purchased 30 exclusive leads package for people who are interested in taking insurance plan, but instead they have given me leads which were looking either for car loan or home loan and some of them even say that we donot require any insurance plan, when representative from indian money called us we just refused to take any policy. They are making fool of people, i have spoked with indian money representatives a dozen times, also i have had a word with the company ceo, but they are still giving these fake leads and when i demanded for a refund they simply refused. Irda needs to put a ban on such organizations.

I want to give (-) rating but there is no option, I would suggest all to please be away from this company, absolutely fraud. People are so good until unless u purchase their package after that... first they dont pick your call and if pick no solution for anything. and leads they are providing are more that waste. Never seen such a fraud company, and pathetic customer service, they are just robbers online.

Yes ! fully agree this is a fraud company. Please share if some one has any info about how to report fradulent activities of this company to RBI or Registrar of companies. All people cheated by this company has to make joint application to the aforesaid institutions to get this company shut.

Hi This is Mitra N from Goa, Indian Money.com provided 10 useless leads to me. Initially we used to get repeated calls frm IM assuring us of full support and 100% verified leads, but as soon as the money was transferred their stance changed. Out of 10 leads we got one with odd conditions that the policy cannot be processed by any insurance company as they are a violation of IRDA Rules, eg. Nomination to a sibling, etc instead of spouse/parent/Children when they are alive. We got a few who were permanently out of station. They do not have a filter to see which leads have a address more than 60km when they claim to have all relevant details of their Leads as well as Agents. We had 3 such leads. And even after repeated calls they do not provide any replacement. The only help we got was a reference to read the conditions on when they can replace. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. GUYS IF ALL THESE 51 PEOPLE ABOVE ARE HAVING SIMILAR EXPERIENCES SHOULD WE NOT JOIN HANDS TO RECOVER OUR MONEY BACK.

If any one is contemplating buying leads from Indian Money, request you to never do that. They are perhaps the worst company in India to buy leads from. Their leads are all junk and hold no values to the person buying them. They charged me 9000 for 50 exclusive loan leads with a promise of 5 leads per day. I have only received 3 leads that too junk over a period of 10 days. They coaxed me to buy leads and after that their response is tepid.

If some one cam provide me CS sudheer's email ID, I will write him the hollowness of his business model. They say they educate the customer, but I think they mis sell to every one the assocuate and customer alike.

Already 6 people have have registered a police complaint against this company but still we want sum more response to terminate this company so guys why dont u register a complaint against this company.. This is foolish conversation what you people are making about indianmoney.com. I am taking leads from indianmoney.com since past 8months and i am getting proper leads for life insurance & health insurance and i have an DSA for the insurance but conversion is up to us how we approach the customers and we cant expect all leads which they had provided will convert atleast we can expect 30-40% out of their leads and till now i had taken some 500 leads and my team converted minimum of 30%. So please make sure you people are having positive approach towards company and the leads provided by them.

They have never committed me for conversion but its all depends on us how we approach and close it. Hi, This is Sudha. Even I have been cheated by this company. They make 100 calls before becoming a member and they promise to give leads. I paid Rs. 5000 for them and they did give the leads but its all fake. Out of 100 numbers, not even one conversion. its waste of our time and money. I called several times and mailed them but no proper response. I guess they give some of their own friends number and just act like a customer. I did verify the same and found all fraud.

I got fed up following with them. I dint had any other choice, I had lot of other works to do apart from fighting with them everyday. Trust me this is fake company. Please do not invest in them.

Recently I have also trapped in their net. Pls don't believe this company and don't attend the calls of indianmoney executives. They are number one cheaters. The lead which they provide are not genuine. The contact number and name from among them only. we have to as much as publicity about this company's fraud to the public so people don't get into their trap.

I also got cheated by this Indianmoney.com in month of Jan 2015.

I have raised a complaint on 30th July against the company at "To Additional Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Mumbai Suburban District" You can check the website "www.confonet.nic.in" Case Complaint no. CC/85/15.

Till now 3 hearing has happened, 4th hearing is on 14th Dec 2015. Court Notice was sent to indianmoney.com director, management, but still no response received by them to the court. The court will take necessary action against the company after submitting the proof to support the case. I am sure this case will be totally in my favor as proof against the company is strong enough.

Come all of you fight against this company and banned it.
