[Resolved] Indigo Airlines And ICICI Bank — Money not refunded for failed online transaction | |||
On the 20th of this month i was booking a ticket for my brother for the Kolkata-Ahmedabad Sector on www.goindigo.in through ICICI Netbanking (A/C No.[protected]. Everything was going fine until i got an error after the payment of Rs 4, 522 was made. The ticket was not booked. Even after 9 days i haven't got my money refunded in my account. I called the Customer Care of both ICICI Bank and Indigo Airlines. They told me that money will be automatically refunded in 7 days or 5 working days. What do i do now? What is the purpose of blocking the money of a person like me? When will I get back my hard earned money? Was this information helpful? | |||
