I Farha Khan was travelling from Agra to Mumbai yesterday on 30.01.24. I was travelling via Indigo Airlines (6E-5338) PNR number - P2E55K. I have misplaced/dropped/lost a gold chain earlier yesterday during my transit. I would be highly obliged if contacted, if any such item is found as the chain is very valuable to me both personally and financially. I was wearing it when I was in flight but couldn't find it once we landed.

      I was travelling on the 14th of January from Ranchi to Tirupati with a layover of approx 4.5 hours at Hyderabad. My flight from Ranchi to Hyderabad was delayed to 15:20 hours, and so I missed my connecting flight from Hyderabad to Tirupati. My flight to Tirupati was rescheduled for the next morning. At Hyderabad, when I asked for accommodation, I wasn't entertained. Since I was alone so, for safety reasons, I had to stay in a PG for the night. This all cost me around Rs. 2200. I had to travel from the airport to PG, then night stay at PG and then travel back from PG to the airport. It is the policy of the airline to provide accommodation and food to the passengers due to delayed flights, but I wasn't entertained. So, Now I need compensation from the airline side.

        Sir yesterday I telephonic call I got received from a person named prateek srivastav from CCS international airport, Lucknow and asked for 3500 for ground staff job in IndiGo airlines.
        I have also paid him. But now sir I realised that it is fraudsters so sir take firm action against him so that he can get punished.
        Sir I am sending his phone number, email id, UPI ID so that you can easily detect and take action against him.
        Also make arrangements so that I can get my money back.
        Sir as stated if strict is not taken against him then your name of prestigious company will be ruined.
        Sir at make as much as possible to get my money back from him.

          My name is S. Jalaja. I was travelling from BLR to Delhi on Indigo flight no. 6E2217 at 1hrs PNR BMTI&L on 27th January 2024, along with my sister Valsala Wariyar. We mistook the time and missed the flight.
          We were rebooked in flight No.6E 6401 at the Bangalore airport by the Indigo staff. While my sister got an economy seat 37E on payment of Rs 8000 +, I had to pay for my seat in the first row amounting to nearly 10300/-. When I inquired about my extra charge, they said it was a different PNR No.As the flight was about to take off, I had no option but to pay the amount.
          I came to know that an economy seat was vacant. Still I was made to take a special seat, which was not in order.
          I request you to kindly refund tge extra amount charged from me. Both o[censored]s are senior citizens

                I had cancelled my booking to Goa booked via PNR - WPQISI on 1st Jan 24
                Travel dates were 3rd Jan and return on 6th Jan 24.
                It was a flexi ticket and therefore I am entitled to a refund.

                Request you to process my refund at the earliest.

                  I travelled from Finland Helsinki to India Bangalore on 23rd of November 2023.
                  Below are the flight details
                  1. AY1411 HEL (HEL), Helsinki Vantaa Airport to Frankfurt Operated by Finnair
                  2. QR070 FRA (FRA), Frankfurt International Airport to Doha Operated by Qatar Airways
                  3. QR4786 DOH (DOH), Hamad International Airport to Bangalore Operated by Indigo.
                  Ticket is attached for your reference

                  My checked-in bags were misplaced, and subsequently, I was informed that they were delayed and moved until November 26, 2023.
                  My baggage arrived three days late, therefore I had to cancel the other trips as a result.This required me to cancel every other flight I had scheduled, and when the luggage was delivered, there were some breaks inside of them.

                  Since there was a delay and the airlines did not communicate properly throughout the baggage transfers. All it demonstrates is carelessness.Airlines have also recently given false information, claiming that luggage would be transported the next day to Bangalore airport, even though this hasn't happened.Thus, kindly consider this to be a complaint, and I ask that you please pay the costs that were delayed and reimburse me for them.

                          This is the nth time I am requesting you to give me a confirmation stating that

                          1. Flight 6E 17 was delayed and departed after 9.45 am instead of the scheduled departure of 6.40 am on 23rd December 2023. Because of this I missed my connecting flight from Istanbul, 6E4234 and had to take another flight TK0011
                          2. My luggage got delayed and reached me on 25th December...

                          The following Air tickets were booked by me as per details mentioned against each :-

                          As you know that flight No 6E 2695 dated 14 Jan 2024 from Delhi to Patna got cancelled by INDIGO Authority and as there was no alternate arrangement made/provided by indigo authority for performing journey from Delhi to Patna on the same day or next day i.e. 15 Jan 2024, therefore, as per Indigo instructions, I had to cancel the ticket dated 14 Jan 2024 at Delhi Airport.
                          Besides, I had booked return journey ticket from Patna to Delhi in flight No 6E 2792 dated 15 Jan 2024 as mentioned above but due to cancellation of flight No 6E 2695 from Delhi to Patna as stated above and further not making any alternate arrangement by Indigo for booking seat in another flight, it was not possible for me to reach Patna either on 14 or 15 Jan 2024. Therefore, I further requested Indigo authority at Delhi Airport for cancellation of ticket dated 15 Jan 2024 subject to refund of whole amount of ticket. Same was accepted by Indigo Executive at Counter No. 3 (cancellation), they cancelled my ticket from Patna to Delhi together.
                          On 15 Jan 2024, I received a mail in which it was apprised that refund process amounting Rs. 4252/- for the journey dated 14 Jan 2024 and Rs. 628/- for the journey dated 15 Jan 2024 has been initiated by Indigo authority.
                          In this regard I would like to mention that since my To and FRO journey from Delhi to Patna and back was inter-connected and due to cancellation of my flight from Delhi to Patna at last minute and further no alternate arrangement made by Indigo authority, I had left no option but to cancel the ticket dated 15 Jan 2024 and that too on conditional basis because when I received assurance from Indigo authority that full amount of the said ticket will be refunded to me then I took the decision for cancellation of ticket. But it was surprising for me that Indigo is refunding only Rs. 628/- instead of Rs.3803/-, whereas I was eligible for refund of full amount as I had cancelled ticket on conditional basis after detailed deliberation with the indigo authority.
                          Therefore, I request you to reconsider your decision and refund full amount ie. Rs. 3803/- at the earliest.
                          An early action in this regard shall be highly appreciated and obliged from my side.

                            I was traveling to Delhi from Bengaluru via Hyderabad by a flight at 3am on 15/01/2023, which was delayed till 11.45am(Flight no. 6E6178 and 6E 2114). But then I was shifted to a direct flight to delhi mentioning that I'll not able to catch the connecting flight( Flight no 6E 871). The flight landed at 3.30pm but I didn't recieve my baggage and it's been 6 hours and my complaint is still not lodged.                               Hi Team,

                              I want to raise a concern against INDIGO on delayed flight which resulted to miss my international flight to Canada, Montreal

                              Details:

                              My Actual departure from Hyderabad is at 9:55 PM and it got delayed by 2 Hrs and started at 11:45 PM and i reached delhi airport @ 2:30 AM in terminal 1 and to board to terminal 3 it took 25 min and it crossed the boarding time to take KLM and they didn't allowed me as the boarding time has crossed.

                              KLM team asked to approach Indigo and immediately i have approached the team by 3:15 AM and I have been standing here before them asking for a resolution but till now I didn't get any solution from the team. It's been 2 hrs 30 min, i am standing before the counter asking for updates but i am not getting any proper response. The only answer I get is that they have mailed someone and are waiting for revert.

                              Not sure how long i need to wait.

                              My reason to go to Canada is too sensitive, my spouse who is all alone in Canada has some issues and I need to be there immediately to support her, request you to take my concern into consideration and provide me with a quick flight ASAP. I am not specifically only looking for KLM, I am good with any other airways which can take me to my destination quickly without issues.

                                Sir I had come in contact with HR Rohit through Facebook reel for job in aviation indigo airlines for which I had contacted him he had asked me to pay the amounts to particular account which I will attach it I had paid an lumpsum amount of which the amount was to be refunded and a cheque was also been signed but as he met with an accident and was admitted in Hyderabad for his head operation were it was performed and by bad luck he is no more as informed by the jahura begum details will be attached now she is demanding for money as the cheque amount she says is that the some amount is been deposited in my account the account which I don't know as per her it's in the salary account of indigo the is axis bank and I don't have any documents of the bank so what should I do please help me can you.All details can be forwarded when required as well as what's app chat between me Rohit and jahura begum.
