Not issued ticket

Payment not refunded.

I tried booking a ticket from bengalore to udaipur on 22 sep 2023. Amount of 6962 was deducted from my account but ticket was not confirmed. They said it would be refunded in 7 days but it has almost been 15 days.

Amount deducted but Itinerary not received

I have booked ticket from Calicut to Srinagar (oct 2, 4:08 PM IST) and vice versa from Indigo Website. Amount has been deducted but no itinerary. After payment it redirected to home page and nothing. First time booking in Indigo, and this is what happened. Please fix this or refund money...

I was waiting for a refund, instead got a confirmation after 11 days!

This is getting hilarious, after waiting for the refund for 10 days. I finally contacted the customer service through email which was less than helpful. Then I complained here, I bought another ticket with pnr UPNK3C on 21st september after my first transaction failed.

Complaint about receiving fraud call receive in name of IndiGo Airlines

Terrible approach my flight attendant- Jyoti

Amount deducted but Itinerary not received

Hi, I booked ticket from Singapore to chennai and back . I booked on 24 Sept at 8.25pm. My amount is deducted from bank. But till now I didn't receive the Ticket. Am so disappointed. I have lost my Headphone (Boat) in the seat pocket)

Payment deducted but No PNR or booking copy received

I purchased a ticket from IXA (Agartala) to BLR (Bengaluru) today. The date of the Fight is 10th October, 2023. The amount was deducted from my card. But I have not received any PNR or ticket copy. I have the transaction ID. I can provide it if you want.

On Saturday, 23rd Sept, I used the GoIndigo.In Website for booking flights from Pune to Jaipur (20nd Dec - 22nd Dec) for 4 adults. The total amount was charged to my credit card ending with *** *333. Indigo Airlines has issued Rs. 5000 worth 5 vouchers, total of Rs. 25000. But One vouchers can be used with one flight booking only. Unfair trade practices

I have an international flight and wanted to book additional 45 KGs of prepaid baggage from indigo. they allowed me to book an additional bag and 30 kgs in 1 go but now when I am trying to add another 15 kgs, they are not allowing me to do the same. customer care told me its there policy to allow only 30 kgs and charge for the remaining at airport rate.
