[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — not serving meal under cpml

I was a passenger of flight 6e 939 (Seat no 4d) from delhi to guwahati on 20th june, 2018. I had cpml coupon. On board, none of the crews came to me n served meal though entitled. When i produced the coupon to head crew (Her name started with letter s), in return she said tht i could take juice or water if i wish. She gave me a paper boat. I didn't argue since i don't like to argue for a food item that too on board before fellow passengers.
I wld like bring the matter to the notice of the authority and wish that no passengers are dupped/cheated in future

Very Bad Airline with Rude employees. I will not fly Indigo Airline even for a huge Fare Difference. Obviously we are flying and Indigo employees treat the passengers with the worst possible Customer Service. Please wait and watch Vistara will take Your Business in the Coming Years even if the cost of Flying is higher in Vistara. Jet, Spice Jet and Even Air India treats their Customers with utmost respect. I have never had a day when I am at the Airport and one or the other Passenger is in argument with the Indigo Staff. Thumbs Down from my side for one of the worst possible services for any Airline.

This is purely negligence of cabin crew members.

During my travel from Banaglore to Pune, i had CPML coupon, I asked the cabin crew for cashew nuts since i had my dinner. However, they said that my meal is ordered and gave me a sandwich, whereas your policy says any snack and a drink . I was not offered a drink either, CPML which is booked under corporate meal plan

I am travelling today 9th May from flight 6E 477 and I was supposed to head towards flight from gate 18. First the flight was late by 30-40 minutes and there was no information provided even the timings shown on the screen was not updated .. and nor any annoucement was made.. it created confusion for many of the passengers waiting in the queue.. it is a very lousy service provided by indigo .. disappointed !!

Dear Indigo team,

I am written this to you regarding my complaint against the fraud which has happened with me during my flights from Chandigarh to Ahmedabad( layoff in delhi) which i took on 12th Feb 22 .
My PNR - PQCQPN.

I have booked Indigo flight from Chandigarh to Ahmedabad with a meal service of PTSW. ( Panner sandwich.)
Fight timing 18:30PM.

As per boarding pass my meal should be given to me during Chandigarh to Delhi flight 6E 344, Seat 4A, but when i asked the air hostess to service the meal as per boading pass she didn't service me the meal and told me that your meal will be served to you on Delhi to Ahmedabad flight i.e. 6E 607.

Then i again told her that as per boading pass its mentioned in this flight but she refused to do so.

And after that during my connecting flight from Delhi to Ahmedabad i.e. 6E 607, seat 8A, I asked the respected air hostess that were is my meal as i was not given the meal in my previous flight and as per last flight air hostess it will served on this flight .
She looked my boarding pass and told me that it will not be given to you as it is not mentioned in boarding pass of Delhi to Ahmedabad and it should be given to you on Chandigarh to Delhi flight .

I told her that air hostess of Chandigarh to delhi fight told me that you will get you meal in Delhi to Ahmedabad fight and now you are doing the same. I Directly told me that she can't serve me my meal.

I didn't argued with her much more as i know that i was fooled by the previous air hostess.

I was very anger after this as i haven't eaten anything as i that i will get the meal during my flight.

This is very cheap things that you are doing with you customers.

I want my complete refund back to me ASAP.

I was mentally upset after this that how can you do to you customers who is paying thousands to you and you are fooling us.

For any proof you can contact the co passenger which was sitting next to me on Chandigarh to delhi flight i.e 4C.

I need proper refund against this and proper action against the Air hostess.
