[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Request for Full Refund Flight Cancellation by Airline (PNR: R2VURL)

Dear Team,

I had booked a direct flight from Bangalore to Ayodhya for travel on 10 April 2026, with PNR: R2VURL, well in advance.
However, on 29 January, I received an email informing me that the flight has been cancelled by the airline. I was offered two options:

A full refund, or
An alternative flight with a layover of more than 6 hours at Hyderabad.

As the alternate option was not suitable, I have selected the cancellation and refund option.
I kindly request you to initiate the full refund at the earliest and confirm the same.
