It happened to me in another way. Indigo changed my booking to another date without informing me. But I was supposed to travel on that particular date. I cancelled the booking and travelled on another airline flight. They said “customer feedback is important” but when a customer face an issue, they are unable to solve it. Indigo employees are not organized and their telephone IVR system is corrupted. Their WhatsApp Account is inactive. If they do not improve their services, one day they will fall.
