Individual — ticket not received

I have tried to booking a railway ticket in the irctc site on[protected]. Journey was from mas to bbs on 10/01/2018 by train no 06058 the amount rs 670 (In new delhi at irctc 12027) has deducted from my hdfc a/c, but there is no ticket show in the list of boked history nor sent to my mail. So please consider the case and refund it my same account.

In my wallet 600 rupee send from my bank account than bank account money deducted but my wallet money is zero
So transaction not complete and my money is cutted from my account plzzzz send my money in my wallet
