As this is the diwali week a lot of garbage comes out. We have put some old flex board out in the dustbin kept outside the house. It has been 3 day n the van is not collecting the boards and they kept outside my house from three days. Today i asked the garbage collector that why he is not picking it up? He replied "we will not take it. Put this in other van which comes next". Is that how your workers behave with people?. I really wants a strict action against it. The number of the van is mp 09 gg 8048

This is from ward no. 33 indore madhya pradesh door to door garbage vehicle has damaged my car which was parked on left side of the road and breaked my side mirror and danted on right side completely

We want claim of minimum 10000 as per the approximate repairing cost

The garbage collection van has not come in our lane/ colony at bakhtawar ram nagar since almost a week, what should we do with the garbage, schould we throw it on streets, is this the way indore is no. 1

The van has always been very irregular

We have complained about the same to the van driver many a times, but he says he cant help it, talk to the higher officials

Hoping that there is someone to listen and improve the things, otherwise the day is not far when we would be forced to throw garbage on streets...

नमस्कार महोदया/ महोदय,
नगर निगम इंदौर,
मै पीस पॉइन्ट कॉलोनी, लिम्बोदि खंडवा रोड़ वार्ड क्रमांक 77 का निवासी हूँ, श्रीमान यहाँ की पुलिया निर्माण कार्य 26 जनवरी 2017 से भूमिपूजन के साथ सुरु हुआ जो वर्तमान तक अनिर्मत हे, ठेकेदार ने निर्माण दौरान वहाँ के चेंबर को तोड़ दिया एवं तकनिकी रूप से निर्माण न कर सफाई के रास्ते भी बंद कर दिए, पिछले एक बर्ष से पीस पॉइंट का जो नाला हे, जिसे सरस्वती नदी बोला जाता हे, वो इतनी गन्दी हो गयी हे के शाम के समय जैसे ही धुप कम होती हे, पूरी कॉलोनी मे नाले की बदबू फैलने लगती हे और रात मे नमी के कारण यह बदबू बढ़कर इतनी असहनीय हो जाती हे के आधी रात को सर दर्द और नींद खुल जाती हे। कुछ समय पूर्व बाहर से आये मेरे रिस्तेदारों ने तो दूसरे दिन रुकने से ही मना कर दिया, और सुबह मेरा और कॉलोनी के बदहाल हॉल का मजाक भी यह कहकर उड़ाया कि देख लिया भारत का no.1 स्वछ शहर और देश की वह कालोनी जो टॉप21 मे आयी (शिवधाम)।। श्री मान उस समय और वर्तमान मे जो स्तिथि हे सच मे इस नाले की बदबू के कारण साख पर और स्वछ इंदौर मिशन पर सच मे बट्टा लग रहा हे साथ ही नाले मे बरसात के बाद भी सफाई न होने से उसमें जो घांस कचरा इत्यादि के सड़ने, पानी के बहाव न होने से डेंगू आदि के मच्छर पनपने एवं अत्त्यन्त बदबू होने से स्वस्थ्य सम्बंधित बीमारिया फैलने की समस्यां उत्पन्न होने लगी हे, बदबू के कारण रात मे नींद खुल जाती हे और सर दर्द देने लगता हे। श्रीमान मै एक मध्यम बर्गीय फॅमिली से हु और मैंने लोन लेकर इस पुलिया के पास घर लिया था, लेकिन मे अपने घर मे ही सुकून से नहीं रह पा रहा हु नहीं अन्य कॉलोनी के निवासी।
श्रीमान कॉलोनी की सफाई का हम लोग व्यक्तिगत रूप से धयान रखते हे और स्वछ इंदौर मिशन में अपना हर कोशिश सहयोग करते हे परंतु इतने बड़े नाले को बिना किसी मशीनरी के साफ करना हमारे बस के बाहर की बात हे, आपसे हाथ जोड़ बिनती हे की कृपया शीघ्र अतिशीघ्र नाले की संपूंर्ण सफाई निगम द्वारा करवाये मशीनों द्वारा खासकर पास पॉइंट निर्मित पुलिया के पास यहाँ बदबू की स्तिथि शाम से लेकर रात भर असहनीय हो जाती हे, कृपया नाले की सफाई करवाएं और कॉलोनी निवासियों को होने व्वालो बीमारियों से बचायें ताकि हम भी फिर से अपने इंदौर शहर को no 1 बनाने मे जुट जाये।।
Plzzz नाले की सफाई करवाये।।

I just want to let you know that some persons are coming from muncipal corp. Indore from last few months and asking money for garbage collection which is door to door facility..

Could you please clear that should we pay this money and if it is legal than how much???

I am residing in old palasia. There are road dividers completely dividing commercial and market areas with insufficient areas for elderly people and school children to cross. This leads to marked inconvenience and clustering of pedestrians (Who are in large numbers due to market areas) at road crossings. Kindly reassess the plans for dividers and make appropriate areas for passage with zebra crossings and traffic lights for pedestrians. Hoping for a prompt solution. Dr. Siddharth tyagi.

We have to keep that garbage in our houses, which is causing diseases and other problems.

Kripa karke is west material ko uthwa le.
Nagar nigam k karmchari is kaam ko karne se kai baar mana kar chuke hain jisse yaha par adhik gandgi ho jati h.
Is kaam ko jald se jald karva dijiyega.
Jisse hum swachh bharat abhiyan k ek swachh area ka naam kar sake.

Dear sir/madam,
I m kindly request that in our calony the drainage overload too much that the smell is soo much irritate in our home. We call to some of the employees of nagar nigam for correction of drainage, they come and they do their work but after 2 days again drainage overload is start. And that smell of drainage is too much that the mosquitos are born and come in our house..
So sir/madam plzz take the corrective action for my problem and send the corrective person to do the my problem right. I will be waiting for your action as fast as possible...

Indore muncipal website is not working since many days. We are unable to pay bills via their online portal.

None of the webpage is working at www.imcindore.org and its a shame that nobody in imc corporation is bothered about it.

I along with many others are regularly using website for paying property taxes as well as water taxes. This website also gives information about various helpline numbers, land maps & registries etc.

Imc has a huge budget for maintaining this website, but still its even not working!

It is to inform you that conditions of manish bagh garden are unbearable it's too worst that you can't even walk in the garden. There are various types of mosquito and unwanted insects or creatures whatever you wanna say, grass is going day by day and which helping this insects for breeding especially this days it helping to spreading the various diseases like malaria, dengue as well as chicken pox. It is humbly submitted before you cut those unwanted grass and do a pest control. I think that you peoples had appointed your representative for taking care of this garden but i strongly feel that person is failing in doing his job. Which is affecting the health of the residents of manish bagh as well as of bhagwandin nagar. Hope you will take best decision on this issue as it also affecting the sawach bharat abhiyan...

I inform you that there is chourasiya nagar indore. Rain water supply is fully stopped, we are facing so many problems
There is near abt 1 fitt length of water in hole street, there is so many mosquito taking birth, in future disease may be born
Plz take action as soon as also there is so much problem for transportation due to rain water its request to indore nagar nigam president please considerd on it application

Hi team, i need your support to arrest few unwanted dogs from street 10- infront of gourav book centre, nanda nagar indore...

There is few dogs are crying in hol nights and disturbing all residencial. Also they are impacting "swach bharat abhiyan". So please take it on urgent basis. We have registered complain on dog arrested team but resident has hid dogs.

Sir sorry to inform that no removable gang is seen in kalani nagar to free these residential area from vegetable sellers and other street hawkers accomping roads and street permanently as that these are their private property.. These vegetables hawkers and sellers are also accomping not on roads but also in streets due to which daily robbery are taking place and other unsociable person are quarreling with ressiding person making unworthable place to stay.

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that we are residing in mahalaxmi nagar sector a and infront of our house and few other houses in a row there is water logging bcoz of the under construction site... It was a open land and the owner of that land just digged the land and bcoz of rainy season water get clogged and we are facing health issues like mosquitoes, insectes etc coming in our house.

Need immediate action by bringing the jcb and filling those water logged areas.

We as a resident understand our responsibilty and act as responsible citizen.

Respected sir,
I want to draw your attention regarding trees leftover collection from my row.
Nagar nigam labour came and cut the trees from the colony on 15/9/2017 but didn't lift the waste tree from our row. Due to rainy season this waste leaves are raising mosquito and insects causing disease and terrible smell.
Please arrange to lift this waste as soon as possible.

I am resident of 119, agrawal nagar nai bhumi, near nagori apt indore.
The neighboring plot next to us i. E empty plot has turned into a jungle due to heavy rainfall because of which there is lot of insects and mosquitoes came into our house. Which made almost every person of our house sick.
Due to which 2 people are hospitalized also.
I request you you to please clean the plot as soon as possible.
