Sir, I want to bring in your kind notice as follows:- bp. No.- [protected] 1. Applied for png connection in december 2017 2. Payment debited to my bank account on 19/01/2018 (1 year & above 10 months ago) vide cheque no.- 000022, bank of baroda, uttam nagar branch. 3. Meter installed on 22/10/2019. But the connection is still pending from your end. Here i would also like to tell you to solve my problem, i've gone to bhikaji cama palace, district center, janakpuri. I've made several calls to your customer care as well as control room, and reply is always either today or tomorrow connection will be done. Being a senior citizen how long i have to suffer?
