After judging and in compulsions i complaining especially about working style of this particular outlet at mayur vihar extension branch, near stat city mall. It's managed very badly to harrass consumers on various counts.
They-operators intentionally go slow resultantly long que of about half km. Then they will disposed of vehicles quickly by filling gas with very low quantity despite pressure. They will cut cng supply to vehicles around lumpsum amount with rs. 2-5 less or more so that consumer may leave balance or pay lumpsum on higher side.
They intentially go slow by keeping various terminal closed to create stagnation and waiting time for consumers and to give rest tactically on mutual understanding by pump attendants resulting in operating this station to half the capacity.
Today my turn came after half an hour and against pressure of little over 200, the supply was cut at 7kgs whereas, there was capacity of more 2kgs ina 12 of cyclinder. This practice is being followed for years now and no one is correcting. Was this information helpful? |
Kindly stated that I did not get neither hard copy nor soft copy of the png bil from few months . I called Customer care 2-3 times . But I have not got any bill yet .
