Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — bill paid but asking to deposit again | |||||
Respected sir, My complaint is against the igl and my bp no. Is [protected] and residing in ghaziabad. I paid online rs. 902.09 to indraprastha gas limited by the credit card of icici bank on 21.11.2015 by their portal, but the company has been demanding this bill again. While i have attached the credit card bill in my mails to the company several times.in spite of this, they are not ready to accept and repeatedly calls me to deposit 902.09 rupees and threatens me that your connection will be cut and twice he sent their employee to my house also. I repeatedly say to them that when i have given you proof of deposit, why should i deposit this bill again. I request in your good self to help me to resolve the matter at your earliest.
