Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Bill paid on 30/06/2021, but still unpaid

This is to inform you that I'm a consumer of IGL using PNG connection BP No. [protected], Name Savita, Add: B35, SF 03, Rail Vihar, Loni, Ghaziabad, UP 201102, sice February 2021, I paid a billed amount of ₹926/- on 30.06.2021, but payment not updated in payment history, when complained on 7th July they have updated payment in payment history, after some time they have removed from payment history and still showing unpaid, when I complained to They told me that we have refunded your payment, but not providing reason for refund and transaction details also not providing because of payment has not refunded, but they are harassing me and sending notification pay your bill again to avoid disconnection. Already paid that amount. Once they saying you have not paid yet. Then I provided transaction details then says payment has refunded but no reason and no transaction to refunded payment.
Now what should I have to do. Please do the needful.
