Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — bp no. [protected] and[protected], non commissioning of connection

Dear sir,
This has reference to above mentioned subject we have applied to two new connections against b. P no. [protected] and [protected]. All work regarding installation has been completed by m/s amitash gas engineers, new delhi, third party inspection (Tpi) has been completed by m/s amin controllers pvt. Ltd., delhi by dated 30.08.2017. Tpi reports was handed over to mr. Manoj yadav at vaishali cng station sec-9, near judge colony vaishali, ghaziabad, we have also paid requisite fees of rs. 91, 242/- vide cheque no. 891557 against consumption security for these two connections.
We are continuously following-up with your local representative mr. Manoj yadav and mr. Pramod kumar but every time they have given different excuses. We have sent two mails to mr. Rahul dohare, ghaziabad head for redressal of issue but he has not responded to our mails. (Copy of mail enclosed)
Igl representative are continuously harassing us since we have not assigned installation work to the party of their interest. They are also threatening us that they will point out mistakes in installation even though we have got tpi done from authorized tpi of igl given contract.
Please note that other than above two connections, we have also applied for eight more connections for which we have deposited rs. 10, 39, 895/-
You are requested to please look into the matter urgently.
