We have raised multiple request for ngc-ng connection to be in place as part of process which is pending from 24 december. The people came to install pipeline was asking for money, we didn't give and facing this issue because of same. We have logged request multiple time, and after sharing service request number of bb number with call executive either call got disconnected or getting similar responses to expect call revert within 1 hour to 1 day. However no action taken till date. Today one of supervisor ms. Kamal mentioned she will look after the issue. Request to please look after issue and inform igl staff or ag2ncy staff to not ask money as they are already getting paid for what they are doing.
