Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Connection to stove | |||
People from IGL come for connection to stove and asking for money without receipt against altaration in stove Till connection to stove not done. Tickets has been generated 4 to 5 times and visits done 4 time but due to asking money in cash, connection not done... When I ask to customer care they told not to give cash but always they ask for cash. What to do... becouse of this situation I went for Bharat gas connection. Now when I Ask to withdrawal my igl connection, customer care asking for disconnection charge..why? When connection not done then why disconnection charge? What to do? I am being tortured by your installation people/ customer care... Please suggest what to do? Please look into the matter and take action against responsible people for torchering me.
