Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — delay of more than 10 months in new connection

Poor service/ no response.
Took money from me about 10 months ago.
Customer care giving excuses for non payment but the bank receipt has been mailed to them so as the service request has been generated.
The igl is not taking as serious matter further more the griveness cell is also out of order.
