Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Disconnection and refund BP no [protected]

I requested for the IGL connection in Jan 23 and it took the IGL team over a year to come and initiate some work, even though the money was paid already.

And when they started it took good 4-5 months to do the engineering marvel as attached.

Can you please cancel my connection, the engineering marvel done by the team, as shown below, is not safe for children coming to school. I am very concerned of this.

It’s been requested quite a few times now.

I did raise this quite a few times when it was being installed and since then it’s just not acted on, rather such a marvel has been created which will not even let us open our school safety door.

Kindly take this off at the earliest and request to refund the money.

(Very surprised by the level of expertise shown in the below set up and honestly worried too )
