Broken of water connection during the digging for pass pipe of IGL

Address:54/2 C Block Parvatiya Anchal Sant Nagar Burari Delhi.

In this connection I have contacted igl control room regarding my problem who forwarded to talk with naveen who advise to to contact sanjay then mr vivek i have talk to all the representative every one said that we will see i have paid rs 3000/- to plumber for reconnection no one paid amount. a month and half already passed no responcerecived from any one.

IGL engulfed Rs 2628.80 on 18 Sep

Excessive delay in New connection

I had applied for a new IGL connection at Vasant Kunj Delhi via BP number [protected] however even after two months and multiple follow ups there is no clue about when the connection will be installed.
IGL customer care tells the same story every time that we have escalated your case and you will get response soon but there is no feedback whatsoever. This is the situation when there is IGL connection from previous owners already coming...

Complain about reconnection

Bill Not As Per Consumption

We got the connection done in the month of October. For the first few months, we received the bill ranging from[protected]. Leakage Adjustment in Bill

My IGL gas connection installed on 20.12.2022 and after a few days it observed a Heavy Gas Leakage that resulted in an unexpected meter reading of 9 Kgs till 28.12.2022.

So, I am continuously receiving an estimated invoice for my meter no: ZEN00011185/0818 and BUSINESS PARTNER NO. [protected] because the current meter reading is less than the last bill with actual meter reading (which was wrong reading btw).

For which I am not paying any bill and constantly trying to explain to the executives calling and asking me to pay that why this bill is not valid and how I have already paid extra amount...

Regarding BP No 4000713718

This is regarding BP number [protected] allocated to Monika. One wrongly and over inflated bill was generated which was not paid by me. The disputed bill was being forced on me and repeatedly asked and harrassed by various means to pay wrong bill. I asked them to please rectify the bill so that I can pay as I'm regularly paying for my other two connections. Despite my plea the they overheard it and sent me legal notice.
