Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — High billing and no actions are taken by IGN even after continuous request | |||
Our igl meter at saya Zion, GC-1, Greater noida west was installed in Dec 2018. My BP#[protected] My registered email id: jhadramarnath&gmail.com There was a leakage in the pipe. Upon high bill in the 1st month itself although we made payment. We requested IGL team to visit and Check the issue. The team visited on 20th July 2019 and they figured out the leakage and created a leakage sheet and clearly mentioned that 416 units that are showing is because of leakage. We don’t stay in the apartment . Hence, usage is very low. After verifying by IGL, no corrections were made on unit consumed in the bill and we kept getting abrupt bills since then . We have been informing igl to clear those unit from the bill so that we can pay the correct amount. Nothing happened. It’s 2021 and the issue still persists. Customer care always says that we shall correct and no correction happens . I request igl team to help on waiving the 416 unit issue that happened because of leakage . Please note : I have complaint and maintenance report to show the proof . I could not attach the proof because my photo is 2.4 MB and there is a limitation of 32 MB file Was this information helpful? | |||
