Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — igl connection not installed from 1 year

In january 2017 i applied for a domestic gas connection and bp. No - 4000 522 144 was allotted by igl but installation is not done till date. I have called so many times in customer care but there is no satisfactory reply neither they are taking any action to solve my problem.
They already taken security fees of 6000rs but till now no action has been taken. Being a large and reputed organization such kind of pathetic consumer services are not suited to igl.
So it is requested to you that resolve my issue as early as possible.
