Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — igl first bill and jmr sheet not generated after 100 reminder bp no. [protected]

Igl meter & pipe has been installed on 22 july 2017 but due to unprofessional behavior, my igl connection has been started on october 2017. I had requested the customer care a more than 100 times to start the connection then somehow they started.
Now struggling to get my jmr sheet and first bill. Same has been complained, emailed about 100 times but no result. The are in no mood to provide the same.

Note: igl has started the connection when meter reading was 6 units.

They keep making customers fool. We we raise a new complain they simply close without even a call or customer visit.
All igl team is full o[censored]seless fellows that even after payment and installation. They are not share bill & jmr sheet even after 9 months.

All of my time goes to follow-up these guys. Which is very humiliating and frustrating.

Although it is a government division but irony is this even emergency number is not o[censored]se after full ring a number of times nobody is responding.

The installation guy’s behavior is that much of rough to even talk with them.
Expecting a quick resolution regarding the same.
