    I've visited IGL customer center at shalimar bagh on 24/04/2023 and paid all pending dues upfront. Ticket number - [protected]

    1) There was technician visit same day at my house and he asked me for buying restoration equipment from outside. Strange?? as connection is old and they do not have these parts in their inventory. Strange again??
    2) Till today[protected], we live in digital era unfortunately IGL is still in stone age, where my payment is not reflected in their system and hence restoration work cannot start.
    3) Today I got whatsApp message from +91-[protected] asking for payment of 6900/- INR else my connection will be disconnected. Upon sharing the receipt for 6500, still she asked to make payment of 500 for restoration charges. This seems scam in broad daylight. Please investigate and the authenticity of this caller who has IGL logo as DP.
    4) Finally, what is the ETA for my connection restoration? DO i need to bribe? That's what is expectations I believe as i speak to IGL individuals on ground.

      Hi, I applied for IGL gas connection back in Aug 2021 and paid the security deposit as well but till date I have not heard from anyone on my connection status. I have called customer care so many times, every time they say they will forward my complain but yet nothing. Please help to get this connection activated soon.

        I registered a request regarding connection of IGL,

        The Personal came from IGL regarding the connection to our home, they misbehaved with my father and my wife.
        They were so rude and were trying to be violent to us.

            Sir,
            I would like to file a grievance against non issue of domestic gas connection. I am literally frustrated now, since I applied for IGL Gas pipeline connection in August 2021 for my house hold domestic use and handed over a cancelled cheque to the Representative. However even after constantly follow ups I didn't get any proper revert from any of your executive and everyone is trying to transfer their responsibility to another person

            I get only meter and pipe fitting in my home. But the supply had not been connected so for. The front side, right side, left side and rear side houses are connected to gas pipe line and using png, but only our building is left out since last so many months, without any reason. I complaint in customer care multiple time every time they say will solve soon . but not resolv till now. I can't understand where the problem is If right now I am facing so many problems when the connection is not even installed, then what will happen when I will get some problems later, as I feel gas is emergency connection? I am very much disappointed by the IGL service. Request to do the needful immediately and connect the line to main line beneath my building and start supply to my house and oblige.

              Hi,
              I had raised request for new IGL connection in Jan 2023 to Mr Anil Kumar from Marketing team and he had promised to install new connection in 3-4 weeks maximum. But I have received my BP number on 10th Feb and CA number on 20 Feb. But my connection not installed yet.
              I am following Anil so he give me number of Mr Sunil Gupta, project incharge. Then I followed to Sunil Gupta and he give number of Puspender from installation team. Now I am following Puspendet but he is not picking the call.

              This is wrost service and support I have seen in last 3-4 years. Nobody is listening and acting and keep delaying.

              It looks they want extra money to install the connection which I will not provide.

              Looking for some intervention from senior management to look into this matter otherwise I have no other option to tweet Mr Hardip Puri, Mr Dharmesh Pradhan and Honerable Prime minister Modi Sir.

                Hy my name is Gaurav from near Raj bagh metro station sahibabad ghaziabad on 05/04/2023 Deepak Kumar mobile number ([protected]) call me at 8:00 pm and say that give intro of him saying I am coming tomorrow to your home and collect my meter reading I refused him that not come to my home I will take self billing and I will do at every time then he say ok sir on date 06/04/2023 he came at 6:30 I was not at my home my parents are their they don't know about it he came and say sir I have collect meter reading my father say come and take their is fridge is thier and was back of fridge he was rudely saying that ( ab kya kare sir isse hato aise hota kaam ) then my father remove fridge and he take image and I came at 7:00 pm my father told that incidence and then I call Deepak Kumar ( [protected]) and why you either I told you not came at my home I will my own he don't know how to talk he saying ( garam kyu ho rhe ) what the language he saying
                So at last igl please do something or practice him how to talk

                  Igl gas company is installing the gas pipeline by digging the pits and after checking pressure, pits are filled in and connection is given. MY pit was digged twice on 25/03/2023 but could not be tested and the Engineer promised to come on next day but he did not come. I enquired fro m local gas control room about my pit to be tested and filled in.They promised for next day but no one came and my pit is overflowing due to NAALI water .THe...

                    IGL has dug both sides of Gali No. 32 DDA Flats, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, Madangir, New Delhi -62 for lying PNG line in December, 2022 but till date the malba dug out is still lying there of every home, which may cause any untoward incident to any person.

                    Hence, I request you that the Malba lying there may kindly be got cleared immediately to avoid any untoward incident.

My pit was dug twice but still remains unfilled in from 25/03/2023 to 04/04/2023.Water is overflowing as naali were broken by their labour.They never denies over mobile but do not fill in the pit and removes the malba nor they repair the broken naali and pipe hole in our wall.                           I have IGL pipeline gas connection from past 2 years and there was no problem until the person visited house said have to check the meter from IGL. He have mobile with all the data of nearby IGL customers.

                          I received my bill yesterday on my mail id & registered mobile number, and was horrified to note that the bill amount is Rs 4393, this when I have paid regularly EVERY Bill . My bills for my piped gas has been in the range of Rs 1000 - Rs 1400 in 2022.

                          My usual unit consumed per month ranges 20-25 units for 2 month and it sudden shoot upto 82 units for 2 month 17Jarunary 2023 to 22 March 2023 which is way to high 3-4 times of regular bill.

                          I suspect the person done something wrong with the meter at that time of visit. Here apprears to be something fishy as i have never received such a high bill in the two years of IGL piped connection. Not even in the 2020 lockdown timing when we used to cook four time a day.

                          Please checked ASAP .

                            Cheated/forgery - Bill increased three times after new meter installed

                            I have IGL pipeline gas connection from past 14 years and there was no problem until they installed new metre of RAYCHEM brand.
                            My usual unit consumed per month ranges 12-15 units per month after installation of new meter it sudden shoot upto 34 units per month which is way to high.
                            After complaining they found defect in meter as it was making strange noise so IGL installed a meter of AEM brand...

                            Request regarding temporary disconnection

                            Please temporarily disconnect gas supply of bp no. [protected] at the following address:
                            H-33/124, sector-3, rohini, new delhi 110085.

                            The connection is not in use for 4-5 months but minimum charges are being levied. An early action is requested.

                            Hi this is regarding a new connection request made by me, i.E. Siddharth vikram, 135, ground floor, uday park, south ex part 2, delhi - 110029. I had applied for a new connection in the end of year 2020. It has been more than two years since i applied, and i have made the payment 2 years back but still no connection has been installed at our home. I have already contacted the customer care more than 50 times, visited the igl office in rk puram several times bit no progress has been done. The meter was installed 1 year back and the gas pipeline is present infornt of the house, just the connection needs to be made, please do this as soon as possible as senior citizens are living in this house and it is difficult for them to use cylinders.                                 There is some issue with the billing amount generated this time for my connection. My bill generally comes between 200-500 Rupees. And this time my bill is 1554 Rupees? When I called Customer care, I was told my BP is also tagged to some Mr. Mahender. I also at times get SMS from IGL referring to Mr. Mahinder. But this connection is under my name - Rita Ghosh.
                                It is not possible, either the reading was incorrectly taken from my home or there is some system glitch or someone else is tagged with my BP number. Please check or else tell me who to talk at Nodal / Grievance department to register my complaint. I can send Meter Reading again and someone can come check but please fix this.
