incorrect bill

My bp no -[protected], inderpal singh, has meter no-2156761, have meter reading 340.000. I already paid for that. Last month bill show 370.000 units & this month bill is for 376.000 units, both are incorrect. Please send someone to check correct meter reading and rectify my bill. Current meter reading is 340.000 units. I have no pending payment.

shifting gas pipeline to outside house

I am a non png user, despite of several request to shift igl pipeline fitted in my balcony wall to outside of my house. Renovation work is been delayed because of not attending the requests.

Kindly look into the matter and remove the connection line immediately.

Bill is too high

I have a pipe line gas connection in Jang pura Extention.My BP No is [protected] . I am getting bill too high . Last time I paid 2 time bill that's why
They were adjusting that amount. This month they send me bill which is 6685/-
They have written that previous balance is 5494.69. This month charges are 1050.25. I can't understand how you people are charging . We are only 2 people & one servant . How can we consume...

In reference to the subject mentioned above, it is to inform you that I had applied for a new gas connection for my govt. quarter H. No. H-367, Ground Floor, Sri Niwas Puri, New Delhi-110065 and the same was installed by the IGL team vide connection bearing no. (B.P. No.) [protected].

Wrong address on bill

I never got the physical bill for my connection, when contacted on CC for that, they says that bill sent to your address as well as on your e-mail. when I checked my mail, there was a bill but address on e-bill was wrong. I contacted again CC for correction of address on bill, they says for this i have to visit head office (R K Puram) for this. I don't have time to visit there for this. can some authorised person come to my address...

PNG Meter running fast

Delay In Connection / Installation Pending

I Vijay Kumar resident of 246-C, DG-II Vikas puri applied for IGL connection on 26th December 2012.I submitted amount of Rs 6000 for which I have receipt as well from IGL. IGL Committed and & mentioned in their receipt that installation of pipeline would be done at my premises after 90 days which completed on 26/03/2013.

Non- Installation of PNG Connection

Billing Problem

I have recieved a bill (BP No. :[protected]) with Invoice No:[protected] dated: 03.08.2010 with an amount of Rs.1962.47 /-. Meter reading is given from 16/3/2010 to 15/7/2010(4 months). Out of this 4 months we were out of station for around one month (25 days). So the bill amount of Rs.1962.47 is given for around 3 months (Rs.654/- pm).

Rs.654/- per month is too high. Regarding this I had sent one email to their customer...

My B.P. No. [protected] was provided to me on 30/04/2025.
Ever since then, I have been regulary following up or rather chasing your Company for installation of New Connection at my Flat but in complete vain.

I have talked numerous times over your customer care number and with your marketing person in Noida (Mr. Amit Raj). Every time I have been told that my documentation is complete but the IGL System/Server is DOWN and that your officials are unable to complete the feasibility study. I am being repeatedly informed by your customer care executives about the time lines that required by the Comapny for various activities before the connection can be installed as if the job cannot be done much before the prescribed time lines.

I have requested very submissively and informed that my flat has been rented out w.e.f. 24/05/25 but the new tenant is unable to shift into the New Flat as there is no Gas Connection. So, you can understand the inconvenience caused to me.

On 28th May'25 I have been given a Lead No. [protected] by by your executive Ms. Madhuri who told me that my requested has been shared to higher-ups with status of "Very High Priority". Yet, there is no response whatsoever from your Company side.

As I understand, there are PNG connections already provided by IGL in the other flats of the same tower as mine (KM-77) and still mine is not being given. Further, I don't think the feasibility study requires your computer system to be UP. It is a job to be done by your technician/engineer manually and report thereof to be submitted. Further, has your company not installed any new connection any where else in Delhi NCR in the last one month. This is impossible to believe.

I am already a customer of IGL with B.P.No. [protected] and this connection of mine was installed in 2-3 days without any fuss. So, I am really shocked at the extremely poor service being provided to me this time.

I strongly feel that your Company are giving me excuses and not telling me the real reason as to why the new connection is not being installed. You are also not in a position to tell in how many days will the job be done.

For heavens sake, pl install my new connection.

    Hi Team,

    We have been calling IGL from past 7 days we are kept calling and people are receiving the call but not taking any action. Last Friday we somehow manage to raise complaint and generated the complaint ID. Ever since people are kept ignoring and now, they said like generally It will take 11 days to initiate the process. We as a customer felt like harassment and because the process itself is very frustrating and we got too much irritated as their ignorance behavior continues these attempts for not responding felt like mental toucher and harassment to consumer who is waiting for any actions from your end. Therefore, Kindly look into this smatter and try to resolve it ASAP as we are not able to cook and we are paying for IGL tariff sharing the complaint ID : [protected]

      As on 17th Dec I request for meter Connection at my place after construction work in Kitchen

      Executive says the same was done with 4 Days but still it is not done

      Now it's been 7 Days gone but no one is there to resolve my issue . Everytime I connect with IGL CC executive they said that your request is Under process .
      I also Connect with IGL Contact center Dwarka over no [protected] but it continuously switched off.

      Hat's off to IGL Staff for sleeping in official time

      In today's world when we talk about Digital India IGL took 8 Days to resolve one small request

            igl connection was disconnected in the month of august'2023 but still i am getting the bills and gettings calls from igl to clear the payment whereas disconnection is not yet updated in the system that's why bills are being generated every month. Despite of my repeated request to your customer care, no action has been taken till today.

            Please do the needful immediately and confirm otherwise i will have to approached to the consumer court.

              Dear Sir, the meter has been installed before 1 year 6 months now the connection has been done on main pipeline, I called to your reprentative on contact no [protected] regarding to regulate the connection, he came and told to change the stove either from him on private cost or change the stove to connect the line. I have changed the stove and call back to him to connect the same, he said that I need to inform IGL customer care first they will forward the detail to him to connect the same. They want to earn money from consumers as far as I know they demand the private service from many consumers. please look into the matter to maintain IGL dignity.
