Hello Team,

Greetings of the day!

Please find this email as the concern raised regarding gas pipeline issue. It has been 2-3 months already that I have paid Rs 7000 for the gas pipeline connection. However, no action has been taken so far. In the same area other houses already has the connection successfully planted.

I am facing so much inconvenience due to the lack of responsibility in your department. I am afraid to say that if this issue is not resolved soon, I would be forced to approach National Consumer Court for further steps

    Hi,

    I had a PNG connection (BP:[protected] Meter:[protected] at my flat in New Delhi. We have filled the form with the our correct information and document was submitted accordingly. IGL meter was installed with no usage or no connection. while i raised the request, IGL team has confirmed that address and details will be updated once the first bill will be generated but still Address and Name is not correct (Showing wrong person).

    I have raised the request by App and discussed with the customer care and written mail to update Address and Name. Every member of IGL team was misleading and asking for different processes, IGL team is asking now to raise the request for Ownership change. while connection was not started. it was started by me with new application. I don't understand if IGL team has by mistake installed wrong meter in my flat then why they are asking me to raise for Ownership change.

    Please look into the matter and help me on the resolution.

      This complaint is regarding the payment charged on the BP No. [protected] which is Rs. 25, 963. The amount is on a lot higher side but our usage is next to negligible. Till date no meter reading has been done and vice versa no photo has been demanded from us in order to verify the same. The meter is in the name of Mrs. Vinod Bala Sethi. Kindly do the needful and let us know on what basis bill is being generated. Please make sure the concerned person visit our facility as there are four floors on the same address and all the bills don't relate to the usage. Kindly provide us with the detailed hard copy too.

        Leakage Adjustment in Bill

        My IGL gas connection installed on 20.12.2022 and after a few days it observed a Heavy Gas Leakage that resulted in an unexpected meter reading of 9 Kgs till 28.12.2022.

        On 29.12.2022, I raised the complaint to IGL to check and fix Gas Leakage. Upon thorough inspection and analysis by technician named Praveen (Contact - [protected]), he found and reported that there was a heavy Gas Leakage in both inlet and outlet connections...

        So, I am continuously receiving an estimated invoice for my meter no: ZEN00011185/0818 and BUSINESS PARTNER NO. [protected] because the current meter reading is less than the last bill with actual meter reading (which was wrong reading btw).

        For which I am not paying any bill and constantly trying to explain to the executives calling and asking me to pay that why this bill is not valid and how I have already paid extra amount than the current meter reading.

        So, it all started in May 2022, where I received a bill with very wrong meter reading (closing reading: 736) while the actual meter reading was very very low, when I found out, I complained and the executive somehow convinced me to pay for this because it will get offset later on and I paid that extensive high amount (Biggest mistake)

        After this every month, an executive comes to take the meter reading of all the meters in the building but since the reading for this meter is lower than the last closing reading of the last paid bill, the bill does not gets generated from the taken meter reading but rather after some days, an estimated bill gets generated with random amount.

        This has now continued for a year and I was not paying any bill and whenever an executive calls me, I explain them what happened and instead of taking it forward they just stops calling me.

        Now, they have sent me a legal notice to pay all the illogical estimated bills that they have generated along with the interest.

        And btw the current meter reading as of today is 426 (https://snipboard.io/9x6Orb.jpg)
        and the last bill I paid was till reading 736.

        They even came and disconnected the gas pipeline and didn't care to check the reading on the meter and the reading on the last paid bill.

        Not only I want these illogical bills to be voided but I want the refund of the extra amount that I have already paid to IGL last year.

          This is regarding BP number [protected] allocated to Monika. One wrongly and over inflated bill was generated which was not paid by me. The disputed bill was being forced on me and repeatedly asked and harrassed by various means to pay wrong bill. I asked them to please rectify the bill so that I can pay as I'm regularly paying for my other two connections. Despite my plea the they overheard it and sent me legal notice. Kindly do the needful.             Latest meter reading not taken by your staff till date. Customer helpline useless& incompetent .Do not hear the consumer& are not competant enough to address the concern.Have interacted with at least 3 persons, excuse given is server is down
            We shall arrange a call back Complaint # closed without any resolution. Today the person at the helpline was not willing to address my concern.Kept me on hold & disconnected my call without making me speak to his senior & sharing his name & no since he was incompetent to address my request.A bunch ontrained people at the helpline is unacceptable. Appreciate that ur staff visits our mailing address immediately & Takes the reading B P No is [protected] ...Please respond immediately since I refuse to pay any penalty since this is a concern at ur end...A case of poor service...Dissatisfied Consumerand wrongly sent me legal notice

              I applied for new connection but its been 3 weeks and no one has called or connected for the connection. Payment has been made but nobody has contacted for further steps. Pls action ASAP in Indirapuram.

                  Hello,
                  With lot of disappointment I am writing this complaint to IGL that my application for new connection has been submitted in March 2023 and money has been deposited in April 2023 vide cheque clearance.
                  But, still your people has not given connection neither installed meter in my flat, though there is IGL pipeline going through my kitchen balcony.
                  All other neighborhood families are using IGL pipeline gas in their homes.

                  I am suffering on my health due to your incompetence regarding this.

                  Very much dissatisfied with the attitude from your system.

                      I had applied for IGL gas connection three months ago and also gave its check, it has been almost three months but after three months, no executive has visited my house or contacted me, while I have given it twice. When someone talked to Mr. Prashant ji, he said to send his executive soon, but till now no one has come. And I had also told that there is a gas line under my house.

                        Sir, we have not been staying in our house at Delhi since 2017 due transfers to Agra, Jaipur and now recently to Delhi. Though we have come to Delhi but staying in Govt Accomodation. We have been continuously receiving bills even without usage and have paid in complete.
                        Your meter readers have been sending SMS that in case house is found locked a general bill will be sent.
                        Please be kind to help and resolve the issue of bills without usage. Also is there any possibilities of refunding the extra charge levid upon us since 2017.

                        We will not be using our premises and will inform once we shift. You are requested to kindly provide us 48 hrs notice before the meter reader comes.

                          Respected sir It is to bring to your kind notice that as per your lastest bill sent to me total consumed gas 43kg wef 5/3/23 to 21/6/23 for 109 days needs to be rectified since a lump sum bill for Rs. 1749.39 without any consumed unit and also within above said period sent to me had already been paid in time before due date. How can it be possible to add as arrears in latest bill that is not correct and the is objectionable since this is totally wrong which is being charged from me in reception it is requested to kindly look into the matter and the bill may please be rectified. Rectified bill also sent be in time so that I my may not suffer for any extraordinary charges. Thanks

                            I applied for a new gas connection ( BP No. [protected])
                            in 2014 for the flat where I was renting in an apartment in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi. I paid a security deposit of Rs, 6000/- from my bank account. Now I have shifted to a new flat and got the old connection disconnected and applied for refund. Now IGL is saying that since the bill was issued in my landlord's name so they will refund to my landlord's bank account only. My landlord never applied for a new connection, never paid any security amount, never paid a single bill, why is IGL telling me that they will refund to my landlord. I have exchanged couple of emails to IGL customer care but they are simply refusing to listen.

                              This is regarding BP number [protected] allocated to Manish Trivedi. We have observed wrong meter reading captured and wrong meter number is allocated to my BP number. After contacting to IGL, we came to know that two meters are allocated to my BP number. We have tried reaching to IGL customer care via phone numbers mentioned but no action has been taken. We have already shared screenshots of current meter reading to IGL numbers provided [protected], [protected].We also have screenshot first meter reading when we have updated to our name. Whenever we have contacted IGL customer care, we have been informed team has visited and house is locked. If house is locked, no call has been made to us from IGL representative. Also, we have not been informed that IGL representative is about to make a visit. Also, if anyone from outside makes a visit to society, notification comes to us from MyGate app but nothing came, which clearly confirm no visit has been done and request is closed without taking action.Request for quickest resolution.

                                The company has not installed the pipeline that it was supposed to. I am a resident of India and I had registered for the services provided by IGL . I have called the company several times but they have been putting it off for almost an year now. As a result we have to keep buying gas cylinders till date. Please hurry the procedure of final installation, the entire building's residents are aggreived.
