Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — New Application process is a hurdle race. | |
I applied online for a new IGL connection thinking of the convenience it provides. However it has been 80 days now and all the process lagged like a snail. Steps were completed only when I followed up atleast 10 times for each step through calls, emails. The final step of installation is still pending and I have been calling and emailing since 1 month. Still I am waiting with fake hopes (kal karega...) that their executives give. There is a need of total revamp of the IGL process from top to bottom which is what I feel from this. There should be some strong professional competitor who can provide better service in this field. For me cylinder connection was better if this has been the situation is what I feel. NB: Always they mention in the call, 90days is the mentioned time frame. Don't worry it'll happen within that time. (Never mention that is too long). Even after following up several times, my application is pending for installation even after 80 days. If I didn't do the follow-ups from my side, nothing would have happened until now. Apply for this if you have strong hold in the IGL team or having luxury time and patience to follow up with them. Else apply for indane, BP, HP which provide much better service on the cylinder supply. Was this information helpful? | |
