Dear Sir / Ma'am

I have applied my IGL connection on 15th July 2021. Meter has been installed on my premises from last 1.5 month. No connection has been made from ground level. I am doing follow-up with IGL team but no satisfactory response received till date. I am facing lots of problem because of no response from IGL team. I want that please take appropriate action on urgent basis.

I have applied on July12 and still meter is not installed. You're lucky man 😂. I thought after meter installation things would be solved. So there are more hurdles. Great.. I would like to cancel my application if this was the case.
