I had requested the company on it's Customer Helpline No:[protected] to restore sending me my bills in Physical form which I had earlier opted to receive online.I had also agreed that RS.200 may be recovered from me in my bill, the amount that was credited in my first online bill after I opted for online bills.No action has been taken on my request.
