Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — non receipt of installation papers & bill | |||
Dear sir, I champa amarlal vanjani, r/o 17/2, old rajinder nagar, 01st floor, new delhi - 110060 had applied for installation of gas pipeline in the year 2017 which was subsequently installed in the month of march 2018. I have received sms from your end on 27.05.2018 stating the amount of the bill and due date. The bp no. Mentioned is [protected]. Till date we have not received the installation papers nor the original bill. I have twice lodged the complaint on your customer care no. [protected] but the problem has not been resolved till date. I therefore request you to pl provide me with the installation papers and the original bill.
