Outstanding bill issue - bp no.[protected] - balwant singh - previous bill of rs.2315/- already paid off on 18th mar 2018; now the previous bill still unaccounted and another bill of 2450/- is generated which was last week for rs.2400/-!!! My calls remained unanswered... My BP No. [protected]. I received a bill from IGL for my above BP No. for Rs. 113.39 as minimum charges being zero consumption as their meter reader reported zero consumption as he reported same meter reading on 28th May 2018 as of the previous meter reading.
I raised this issue immediately on 19th Jun and reported that the bill sent is incorrect as on the day of the said meter reading i.e. on 28 May 2018, the house was locked and it was not possible to take the meter reading. On my complaint, the CCE on the line provided me a number and asked me to take the photograph of the meter and send it as whats app on the said number so that correct bill will be generated. I did the same and send the picture of meter to customer care as well as to the said whatsapp number on 20th June 2018.
Since then, I am continuously following this issue but unable to get it resolved and still waiting for the correct bill. The customer care team is so pathetic and does not even understand the concern properly. Also there is no complaint escalation matrix where we can contact to get resolution of complaint.
