I had a png connection in my apartment in noida. Bp number [protected]. I have sold my apartment and i submitted a request to transfer the ownership to the buyer as per the advice from call centre. All the required documents have been submitted but it’s been 6 months and there has been no action. Every time i call a ticket is generated and it’s closed without resolution. They promise call backs after investigation but that never happens. I am really frustrated and harassed.
They have changed the contact phone and email to the new owner but the account ownership is still in my name.
Their records don’t have my number now. How will they contact me?
