Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — payment did not move to correct account number | |||
Hi team, Please be informed that i have already made the payment of rs. 884/- through paytm on 20th may (Attached bill pyament) however the payment is referring to wrong bp [protected] as i have made payment for bp [protected]. Every time i call the customer care team they gave me fake assurances that payment will be moved in correct account number till now the issue is not resolved. Now the current bill is 1946/- inculding the may month bill. Could you please resolve the issue as early as possible Regards, Divya Was this information helpful? | |||
