I had made a payment of rs 696.00 against invoice no.[protected] dt.13.12.2016 through kotak mahindra bank vikas puri chaque no.000014 dt 19.12.2017 had been credited to your kotak mahindra bank a/c no.[protected] txn no. M356968 dt.20.12.2017 at 5.08 pm Scan copy of my bank statement had also been sent to you many times but of no avail. I had also registered numerous complaints but they can't able to locate the payment & adding it to the next bill with late fees. Now they are sending the massages to make the payment to avoid disconnection.
