Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Png connection | |||
6th september 2016 I have allotted bp no. [protected] in the name of abhilasha agarwal where already png pipe line is existing. I have applied for png on july 26th 2016. But till date on action was taken. I have made a complaints by personally visiting at your nehru place, new delhi and your customer care through phone many times. No action was taken, then i complaining to you (Nodal officer). All the phone number, email id in the customer care website is official not for resolve the problem. For installation some technicians visited my premised and done some digging work also and due to this, we are facing lots of problem. I have talk to mr. Mohmad taviz (Mob # [protected]) and he keep on saying that today they will do it but that today never comes. Then why this connection is for, if they are unable to provide us gas. So many times i had waited for whole day but they kept on saying that we had send a person he will connect the pipe line to your gas and start the meter. Nobody came to me till todate. Kindly send a person urgently so that he will connect the pipe line/gas and start the meter. My neighbours in my area are already using the png facility. Please provide us the detailed information of the person authorized to contact regarding the said issue. This is ridiculous after so much of harassment still we are standing on a same position, what kind of service is this? There customer care does nothing, they never reply any of my phone calls.
