Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Png new connection installation complaint

I have applied for new connection in the name of my mother namely smt. janak ahuja. my connection number/bp number is [protected]. i had made the payment through cheque for an amount of rs 6000/- . the payment was duly credited on 27.11.2020 in the account of the company. after that, i have called and talked to customer care many times but till date my connection has not been provided or started. i need to know the specific reasons and time limit to initiate my new connection. in case i will not get the revert in next 48 hrs, i will take legal actions against the company for the harassment done in this regard. hope to get my query sorted at the earliest.
