Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Regarding BP No [protected] not coming for commencing my connection

I have taken IGL connection under the govt allotted category and submitted all required document and amount but no body from IGL came yet to adding connection whereas the pipeline and meter is already their i have tried many time to talk on phone and complaint raised but no solution yet provided it is very bad service of IGL for a customer.
