Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — removal of gas pipe line

I advocate vikas sood residence of b-49/a rajan babu road adarsh nagar delhi-110033 is a no png user. A power gas point has been fitted on the wall of my house from which the connection has been given to the adjacent house. Inspite of several request to shift the gas point no action has been taken till date. Renovation work is being delayed due to the non removal of the gas point. I am already late one month late for the renovation working suffering losses day by day.

Kindly look into the matter and remove the connection immediately.

Disconnected on Sep and submitted all document. I have
Contacted several times thru toll free nos. Not proper response.
And submitted the application form with id and cancelled cheque bank details thru online .
Till now no response pls do the needful
