Please help me for getting refund of above said bp no. I have made payment to igl of rs. 1275*3. For new connection installation. Two connections have been installed which are required but one excess payment wrongly made. Regarding this i have written many times to igl and telephonically discussed but no one is listening.

Hi sir my BP no.[protected] and Lead no. [protected]. The payment 6000 already deducted from my accoint, now 90 days already passed and nobody came for gas installation..every time i received mail that someone reach you shortly...so pls send somebody to install gas line in our home.
