This is regarding the facing few issues mentioned with M/s Aveer Service Stations services (AIIMS trauma Center, New Delhi)
1. Today (19 Jan 2023 approx. at 05:25 PM) I reached CNG Station. But Staff denied to fill the Gas, he says your vehicle's Filling Point is at back side & here this point we only fill for front side/Right side filling points vehicles only. As the NGV Nozzle available on that point, I have requested multiple times to him to fill on that point itself as no other customer available on the Point at that time. I have informed this incident to Manager as well, but he said the same & asked me to move to other Point. So, I moved to another queue & filled the gas finally. Both (Staff & Manager) Told me this is as per IGL Guidelines only.
This type of issues I have faced in the past as well, but sometimes they filled the gas after Request & sometimes they simply denied. I have requested few times that if this is as per IGL then It should be Clearly mentioned at the stations which type of vehicle/nozzle will be fill at which Point to avoid this kind of incidents. but No action has been taken till date. So CNG station staff forced me to raise a Feedback/Complaint.
2. Most of the times few machines are not working, or the Staff was not available. And there is no Notification/Indication which says that Machine OUT of Order or Staff is not available for few minutes. I have faced this issue few times, when I reached at Point/Machine will came to know that Machine is Out of Order /Staff is not available. 90% of the Times staff isn't available at Most Right machine.
3. There is no Guard at station who can guide the customer, which way has to move/or queue should be proceed.
